The customer service was excellent. They were always friendly and helpful my entire stay. I was sad to say bye to them and hope to see them again one day. Excellent hotel and even better staff!! Highly recommend!

Breakfast is fairly proportioned. The only fault was really mine because I paid for 10 days but only used 4 because I decided to visit Sihanoukville and Siem Reap. Their hotel policy doesn’t allow refunds or vouchers🙁😕

Location is great in the way that it’s near the waterfront BUT the hotel is right next to a dirty local market. So as soon as you step out of the hotel the smell hits you and it’s bad, like, really bad

Quite centrally located but next to a local market which will make your stay sometimes smelly and noisy. Breakfast needs improvement: no yogurt, no fresh juice, limited bread offer

Bed, sheets and towels were clean but carpet floor and curtains were dirty/stained. Shower didn't drain properly. And breakfast wasn't very good.

The shower pressure was excellent. The hotel is built around a swimming pool, making it a great place for a relaxing getaway. The front desk staff spoke very good English, and there's a Starbucks nearby

The facilities are not as good as I expected. It's a long walk from the front desk to the room, and there's no elevator. The sink is an artificial structure and was uncomfortably high.

A very nice place to relax and recharge. The swimming pool though was too cold when we visited there. The room's smell was too strong. They open the door for air ventillation

Everything is good even better if they open a coffee shop ;) the room was clean but I don’t really like the door ( windows ) it feel a bit unsafe for me they didn’t even have a lock but still good 8.5/10

This place is great! I just came from a place that was more expensive and wasn't even close to this place for the money. Don't come her expecting the Hilton but this pace is awesome for the money

We had wonderful experiences at Rambutan…the 🌈 pool party was an incredibly enjoyable throwback to my Palm Spring days in the 90s 🙏🏽 The food was delicious and the staff couldn’t be any more friendly, adorable and helpful 🙏🏽

The internal facilities are good. Swimming pool needs to be cleaned. There is a lot of foreign matter (floating wood) in the water.

The breakfast offered 8 choices and tasted good. All the staff I encountered were kind and friendly. I think this hotel would be relatively comfortable if you brought mosquito coils and a squeegee for the bathtub

Wonderful little place in the middle of the action. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and nice. They even had a little “Safety Tips” note for guests to ensure everyone stayed safe

The options they offered for breakfast were great. There are a lot of other food options within walking distance too. Our room was in the back, quiet and comfortable

The hotel is very good but the food service in the hotel is not that good but there are no restaurants around here you have to go a little far but you have to be careful when coming here because there is a lot of scamming here so keep your dollars or your money in a safe place because you will not get any kind of police cooperation here but if you want there are some restaurants nearby from here you...

We love the garden restaurant so many great selections for afforadble price. They gave us free drinks too to celebrate. I will be back to book again soon

What a gem! I didn’t realise it has 9 floors. Amazing views and the sweetest staff ever! The girls were so kind and accommodating! Perfect location, you can walk everywhere.

The location is good but a bit difficult to find. Near by the hotel, there’s many restaurants and local food. For the service, staff are friendly and kind. The decoration of room is comfortable and clean.

It’s not for everyone, if you’re looking for a quiet serene retreat this isn’t for you. But if you like night action and appreciate very good value, you can’t really go wrong with this hotel

For the price this is an amazing hotel. I've lived in Cambodia for over a year now and have stayed at lots of hotels. A place like this would normally cost $40-60/night

The room was not really clean, was full of damaged areas around the room. I know I pay a small amount for stay here but honestly I was a bit disappointed.

Planes fly above the hotel every now and then, which is a bit loud but also a pretty cool view

This is a smaller old-style hotel with only 14 rooms.  Breakfast was included in our package.  Semi-buffet plus made-to-order breakfast, good quality and good value for the price we paid

Breakfast is satisfying, with a lot of choices. There are 3 Khéma restaurants in this city, and the one here has the better baguettes than the other 2. Mini bar is complimentary, which is very generous

One night I went down after 9pm and there was still food. The price is not expensive for the local area. , the environment is beautiful, it is convenient to go anywhere, and even the security at the door is better

I had a wonderful experience staying at The Mou Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay

Our room was large and had a balcony which was good to sit out on at night and have a couple of drinks

Love this place! As soon as you go through the gates you forget that you are in a busy city. It feels like a relaxed resort in a quiet town. Lovely atmosphere, super friendly staff and the rooms are good

Don’t get me wrong I love to see kids enjoy themselves but we simply could not use the pool, this coupled with the lack of loungers meant we had no option to just go to our room

However, the owner and what seemed to be his friends, middle aged blokes, seemed to gather round reception entrance all day which is right next to the pool

Great location, the rooms are very well appointed with a fantastic bathroom and an amazing shower. Hotel staff extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Roof top restaurant with open kitchen was great fun too

It has an elevator so no problem getting heavy luggage up to top floor. The service is excellent, very helpful staff

There are lot of girls there but they don't speak English so my driver is the translator. The services are average at best and this place is not exactly welcoming for foreigners
