The corner rooms are a little hot in the afternoons, but the AC was good and kept up

The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. However, the bathroom facilities felt a bit dated and are in need of an upgrade. Overall, it offers great value for money and is ideal for short stays

Lavaya Boutique Hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of major attractions, and tuk-tuks are readily available. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a pleasant stay

The best part of the room is that the bed is very comfortable

After my stay, I was able to leave my belongings in a safe place. There is an elevator, so there were no problems with luggage. There is a coffee shop on the first floor

Located in centre of city this little gem is a perfect place to stay. Staff where very friendly room was good size with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Would recommend as easy access to all attractions

The location is quite good - about a 15 minute walk to either the National Museum or Central Market or the Royal Palace. I did not use their tuktuk services, but booked a cruise at night

Spacious room with neat decoration. Nice shower room, excellent location. The swimming pool and poolside are lovely, but relatively tiny.

When I stepped in at 8am - the guy at reception asked me "Are you here to check in?" and told me that I could leave my stuff there whilst I explored the city before coming back at 12

Because of this, I decided to leave and transfer to another nearby hotel — King Grand Boutique Hotel — which was a complete contrast. It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable

I initially booked to Bird Cage Boutique because of its proximity to the running event location. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing

I totally agree with many of the other reviews. This is a cozy little place, with clean, comfortable rooms. Stone and wood give a very rustic feel. Great staff, who speak very good English.

The only thing I would do is make a big sign so that from the main road people can see it,but over all I think is the best that I've been in for a two week stay and I recommend it to anyone who is visiting Cambodia

The shower deserves special mention! I have to say that the shower experience at this hotel was the best of our entire vacation in Thailand and Cambodia! 😄

The room is well-cleaned. The bed is very soft and comfortable. A cosy place to stay in. The reception counter staff is very polite, can speak good English and is helpful and efficient.

The rooms are tastefully designed, with modern touches, comfy beds, and those soft, “club-style” towels that make all the difference after a long day. Everything feels fresh, well thought-out, and spotlessly clean

2) Highly professional staff who are also genuinely kind and friendly. Especially the front desk staff. Sadly, I missed his name, but there is one guy working everyday at the frontdesk and he is wonderful

6) We stayed in a suite that had a large claw foot bathtub in addition to the shower with good water pressure and ample hot water. The smaller rooms don’t have the tub though
