The staff French Cambodian, are all friendly and attentive. They all spoke very good English. I believe its a family run business. Shocked to find the hotel had a lift, and a nice one at that
The owners are great, she takes good care of the guest. This was our second time here in two years. They built a juice shop out front that I didn't try, but it did bring more people around
Free drinking water dispenser in lobby. Lots of English TV channels which was also nice. Breakfast included was good, although just two options, pancakes or egg and bread
Not much to dislike, no kettle in room, had to pay $10 deposit to use one which was all a bit strange. Location maybe a bit far from things and a bit noisy from the resturants music next door when going to sleep
There is definitely warm water and toilet paper provided, I don't know what the bad ratings speak about. I'm sad that I could only stay one night, and would definitely recommend this hotel or visit it again
I’d like to thank everyone at the hotel for making me feel welcome and have a delightful place to spend my time. I’m retired and traveling and am always wanting to find the places to come back to

Nice roof top terrace... nice people ... good food...wonderful view to the river..
Aircon was an issue in each room, one had a filthy wardrobe and bed we're just ok. If they work on a few things and make a few adjustments this would be a good spot. Nice little roof top bar but not many people
Lift available - very good for my weak legs. In fact, hotel should clearly indicate this on the web like booking.com to let patron knows. When I did the booking, I was not sure at all.
I'm torn on this place, I want to like it because the staff was great and it has a good location and potential but the rooms ( I switched a few times ) were not in great shape
A great View, and good food in the restaurant and nice cold drinks in the bar. Good place to stay as far as value and price are concerned
Good breakfast and food at the rooftop restaurant and bar

However, cleanliness could be improved. The outdoor bathtub is a bit dirty and we found a used mug on the floor during check in. Overall: Recommended! A good place to stay in bustling, dusty Phnom Penh
There is small swimming pool available. Maintenance could improve a bit
Room : 4. Huge rooms and very comfortable. Probably the best in the locality for the price it charges
We did not use the pool, but it's nice to have the possibility to hang around for an hour or two a day in peace around the pool. All in all a good choice, I'd say if the room was 15-20$ less, I'd given 5 stars
This place is amazing! Only stayed here for two nights but wished I could stay for longer! The place is quiet and cosy, rooms are clean and huge! There's a reading chair near the window, a spacious toilet and even a little backyard with an outdoor pool
Lovely small designer hotel 400 meters from the Royal Palace. Great location, yet quiet street. I would definitely stay there if I happen to visit Phnom Penh again!
Bed was very comfortable. Location is great.

I love this hotel. My stay so relax. Staff so friendly and helpful. Good location and in city center. Really good city view and sunset. I coming back soon.
Good workshop place. But, you need to use elevator because it has so many high floor.
Great location friendly staff. Awesome breakfast

The room was clean and the service was excellent! The only slight downside was that the breakfast wasn't that great.
The Staff was incredible friendly and helpful and polite-the property was very nice . The breakfast was amazing! It had a pool and lots of sun loungers. And Very good Wi-Fi available everywhere.
Accommodation was great staff was also very friendly. The room was exactly what I needed. Any small negative was the Wi-Fi issue however that was quickly resolved. I would definitely stay here again
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and welcoming. I also appreciated that the room had all the amenities I needed
We were able to check in early as well and the room was spacious with high ceilings and many amenities were provided. Thank you for a great stay and shoutout to all the staff members!!!
I recently stayed again at Luxcity Hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. This is actually my return visit, which already says a lot about how much I enjoy staying here

Really good apartment hotel! Rooms are the best, food is fine, good breakfast choices.
Srayiny again. It is my favourite place to stay in Phnom Penh. Excellent and so helpfull staff, large rooms, excellent location
Excellent location front desk people are trying to be helpful but have not too much idea about the city or oi not understand it. Try to get a ferry boat but was completely misled
Clean room, good service. But the room service menu is limited.
Every time I visit Phnom Penh, I stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. The hotel staff are enthusiastic, and the parking security guards are amiable

Comes with a big portion and tastes good. - Service: staff are well trained, friendly and helpful. - Atmosphere: Classy, good for business meals. - Price: not cheap but also not expensive
Good facilities, enough space, nice staff and convenient location. There is a nice restaurant at ground floor, "The Shop". And Exchange Square which has Lucky Premium Supermarket is close to here
Very calm and quiet coffee shop. Usually full with foreigners. It's a good place if you need focus and quietness place to concentrate.
Best place for relax. and best food here.
Again, an acceptable price for a business meal. - Location: got only a few parking spots and very limited. But there's a few private parking spaces that you can park and walk to the restaurant
Great amenities, ideal location, great staff and services. Highly recommended.

Overall I am happy to stay at LCS because of good services. The restaurant outdoor garden at the back needs to checked, as my last trip, I encountered red ants bitten on my foot
This is my go to hotel when in Phnim Penh. Clean, hot water for showers and air conditioning. Staff are wonderful. Good buffet breakfast and eggs to order.
The hotel has good facilities and customer service, but the air conditioner is noisy.
Clean and cozy. Service is good.
Staffs are friendly and responsibile.
Great little hotel, breakfast was good. Would stay again.
The rooftop bar is still great and the breakfast is still very good, but the room was a real let down this time

First time it made me think about whether I really need to buy that cold drink which then means turning on the fridge. So these little things to reduce consumption is good
The hotel was great and very clean. Had friendly staff and a good poolbbar on the room
Excellent location with warm service. However, it isn’t an ideal hotel location for tourist location where situating near a bin or smth like landfill that with unlike smell
Good hotel, within walking distance to the riverside and all the restaurants, spacious and light room , swimming pool on roof , breakfast not that good
Fine enough hotel in a good enough location. Aircon was good, water pressure could be improved.
The rooftop has a pretty good swimming pool and a great view on the town and river!

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The amenities were very good and the food was exceptional. As part of the stay we received a free body massage which was wonderful
A wonderful clean and very comfortable Hotel in central location. Excellent and very friendly staff. We would allways return to this place. Cambodia is great.
Special mention must go to Sreypich! Location, 2 minutes walk from Independent Square, Palace and 5 minute walk from Bassac area- great for variety of bars, restaurants and people watching at night
Fabulous hotel - an oasis in the middle of Phnom Penn. Beautuful swimming pool setting. We had a large room with a balcony waking up to bird song each morning
Chef Sophen and her team were kind informative and patient. We were well looked after at all times. The market experience added to the whole thing. The food we mage tasted delicious under Chefs guidance
The rooms are large and clean. From the reception to the service, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. With the group we had a great cooking class and a sunset cruise with dinner

The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly dedicated. Breakfast was just okay, but dinner was good. There are breakfast shops nearby, though their hygiene wasn't the best
It's close to the city center, and the interior environment is elegant
Help us keeping in the same room in 2 orders. Very hospitable staffs. Good location.
Very big and spacious room. Good location and friendly staff
My bed was perfect and the pillows were soft and comfortable, they also had a pillow menu if the pillows were not comfortable and could get them custom ordered to your needs ( what a fantastic idea )
The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The indoor pool was perfect and the in house restaurant food was delicious. Such a nice relaxing experience if and when you need some downtime and R&R

I especially appreciated the in-room amenities; having a washing machine and microwave made the stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a functional, well-located spot! 👍🏼
Overall the experience was very good. Clean room. Spacious, great location
Great place to stay. Comfortable and spacious rooms with excellent facilities. Friendly and helpful staff make the experience easy and memorable
Good and clean and near to a lot of stores
It look good nothing problem, you can try don’t worry for me
The room and the double bed were very large. The kitchen facilities were also satisfactory; there's a rice cooker, washing machine, microwave, and a fridge with a freezer compartment

Overall, the stay was excellent! Highly recommended~ Great value for money and a wonderful experience!
Pros: Staff is really nice, welcoming and helpful. They let me in the room before check in time. My room was pre-cooled, when I entered the AC was working. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices, western and aisian
Food on the rooftop restaurant is also good. Cons: This is not, by any means 4* hotel. Sheets and pillow cases had stains and dirt on them, they give you 4 pillows but I couldn't find one that is clean
The room was massive and nice. Super good view. The pool and rooftop bar were also great. Chilled without the massive hotel vibe. I would stay again.
Clean room, nice sky bar view, friendly staffs, nice food, good location
Good hotel for a two night stay. Very comfortable room and good breakfast. Well located close to major attractions.

Superb hotel! Great location, outstanding staff, fantastic breakfast! Beautiful pool!
I’ve stayed in many many hotels in south east Asia but this one is the best!
Even better than the ones I stayed in recently in San Francisco and New York
We have stayed at Heli Boutique a few times now. It's rare to find a place in Cambodia where everything works. It does here. Nice, big rooms. A good bed and a great shower.
Staff were very attentive to our needs. Good location. Amenities were decent. Would stay here again.
The Heli BoutiqueHotel is very good Hoter and very clean and comfortable
I honestly cannot complain about anything!
The price was unbelievably cheap but, this is not a cheap hotel! Far from it, the manager and staff go outta their way to make your stay comfortable and secure!
Fantastic! Could not recommend this place enough! First class!
Awesome Location.
Rooms are neat and pleasant. Outside and pool area needs a revamp. 24 hour supermarket close by. Money exchange is also available at a small cafe
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel in the city center. There are many supermarkets and various cafes nearby. A large shopping center is a 5-minute drive away. The apartments have everything you need. There was only no microwave oven
It's so good for multiple people to use, it's spacious and comfortable. The location is also good, so if you have a schedule in BKK1, I recommend it. But there were cockroaches, so please note.
It's good because it's located in the downtown area. It's easily accessible.
It's the best, it's neat ^^~
Our washing machine leaked while doing laundry. Within 10 minutes they simply replaced it for us. On the top floor there is a swimming pool with a beautiful view of the city. The sauna warms up to 90 degrees
It's literally right across the street from 7/11. Cons: There is a strange smell coming from the pipes. I bought some spray disinfectant from 7/11 and it helped a bit to mask the smell
The staff helped with all questions. There are free 100 MB SIM cards right at the reception, which can be topped up at the mobile operator’s office

Excellent service. Room clean. Helpful and Friendly staffs- they can speak fluently several languages: English, Vietnamese, Chinese, Cambodian..
Our room was very confortable and clean. It was easy to get around with tuk tuks. A lot of good street food was available near the hotel.
The airport shuttle needs to be paid for at your own expense. Others are pretty good and clean.
Very friendly.
The bathroom is clean. The rooms are also clean.
However, there were a lot of ants in my bedroom, so I asked to move to another room, and they moved me right away. Recommended for the price
Property is clean, staff are nice, helpful and very accommodating. The manager (Lai Ping) when out of her way, prepared everything for us before we even arrived to the country, she also booked our tours
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go to Cambodia, price is also very reasonable

This was a very clean and excellent hotel. The staff's service was great, and I was very satisfied. Personally, I really enjoyed the coffee at breakfast.
Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Good location close to Orussey Market and other attractions. Rooftop pool and bar was an added bonus as it was very hot. Breakfast was good
The service attitude of this hotel is very good, and the front desk staff are very fluent in English. The room is very clean and has no odor
Much better than I expected.
Great room.
Great buffet breakfast.
Pool, gym and rooftop bar were excellent.
Shower pressure and temperature was awful
Sauna wasn’t working
Everything else was good
The hotel is quite nice and the service is good, extremely friendly personnel.
Although breakfast options are rather limited, one can find something to eat.

Wonderful place. Very center of the city. You can easy get to river bank for a walk. You can get to king palace, national museum. Good breakfasts in the restaurant on the first floor.
Beautiful rooms with the best views of the city in my opinion
Good hotel, clean spacious rooms with a good bathroom/shower and a balcony. The bed is a tad to hard, but the pillows are good
good experience, next to presidential palace. thank you for nice service
Lovely rosewood furnishings, tasteful decor, incredible picture windows and a balcony to match overlooking the tonle sap River, bustling walk street, and wat ounalom monastery. Staff are very kind and courteous
Hotel treats employees and customers with empathy and not just a mere Business which is what needed to run a successful business
3. Rooms are superb clean and spacious
4. Location is amazing and riverside

Once we settled in we found it to be a good location in a quiet street with an assortment of restaurants and bars close by
A bit pricey for what you get. A lot of the pictures they show online aren't even for this hotel, they are for a sister hotel on another street. The breakfast was very good.
Big clean rooms, air-conditioning (a must in this heat). Excellent breakfast (food and service). You must try the porridge (rice) with dry fish. The only disadvantage is the street
Very good services from all staff. Room usually well kept clean and maintain as daily do make up room service. Restaurants and foods stalls are all very nearby. Furthermore, it close by to the highway to the airport
When I got back there, the hotel was locked and I had to ask the hotel next door to help me fetch my stuff 😓 if you are in transit in PP, the hotel is good enough to sleep, but don't expect anything else
The staff was nice and polite but not very good at communication and not very helpful: I left my luggage at the hotel after checkout and told them I'd come back later in the day to pick it up

Edit 2: gave it another try and this time it's back to what I liked about the first time I stayed here. Fair price, good location, clean and the staff are nice and helpful
Great place, right in the centre of town. I got a good night's sleep every night, and even though outside was packed with action, I couldn't hear it. The room was great value for money, better than I expected
The TV was even tuned to only show the good channels! Attentive staff, my only negative comment is that they were a bit too easy on the eye. Its now my first choice if I'm ever in pp again
Good location if you like a lively night out with lots of bars on your doorstep.
Staff was great and it's own bar and pool table .
Close the river for boat trips too .
Would definitely recommend staying here
Edit:
I stayed there in November 2023 and was really happy with my stay so I figured I'll go back this year, that was a mistake. This year I paid $70 more a week for a worse room
And it's definitely not worth the 100% price increase that the rooms have gotten this year. Maybe the Owner should focus on maintaining standards at one hotel instead of having two average ones🤔
