The infinity pool overlooking the Mekong river was nice with the riverwalk a half block away. A local street market is right at the foot steps of the hotel for those wanting a little culture

Breakfast is fairly proportioned. The only fault was really mine because I paid for 10 days but only used 4 because I decided to visit Sihanoukville and Siem Reap. Their hotel policy doesn’t allow refunds or vouchers🙁😕

Spacious Layout: The lobby is wide and comfortable for waiting, and I found the room itself to be very generously sized. Cleanliness: I was pleased to find the bed linens and towels were fresh and clean

The room was spacious, the AC was cool, and the bathtub had plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and spoke a little Chinese. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Yet I experienced a horrible night when the huge racket and bombing noise outside at midnight from a neighbouring hotel(or condo) sky bar. I could not sleep well and changed to an opposite side room

My Japanese colleague lost $800 from his bag, which was left in the room. We communicated with the hotel but no one was held responsible for the loss. I don't recommend you to stay here.

Le Botum was a fantastic surprise in Phnom Penh. Very close to the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda. We had a spacious room with via from the balcony and alle was very clean

The hotel does have an indoor oversized jacuzzi which is supposed to be the pool and a gym. The lift doors did not open fully and this gave an unsafe feeling

If you are going here for work, then make sure that you wifi is good before you settle. This time I stayed in room 301, and the wifi was almost non-existent. Good location, can walk to the riverside

Front desk advised me that it takes 10min to get hot. Really??? Even after 15 min I still only had warm water. However, I definitely would stay here again

Three-night stay, clean room, excellent service, and ideal location. A shame about the noise, as the hotel is close to nightlife, and about the small pool.

The tub and floor are quite slippery, and there are NO handholds…if you lose your balance or slip, you will have a very bad fall into the glass shower door! I spoke to the manager about the importance of putting in some rails on the wall and non-slip pads in the tub, and she said I was not the first to make this comment

One word of caution: if you have any mobility issues (poor balance, unable to move easily, weak knees), this hotel is NOT for you. The shower is in the (slightly elevated) tub, and you must step up high to get in or out

The hotel is going through rebranding. The location of it could not be better for us, bars and restaurants nearby, we were pleasantly surprised by Valentine’s Day celebrations in the alleys around

Ideally situated in vibrant bar and restaurant area close to river and 2 convenience stores nearby. Tea/coffee facility in room but coffee was 3 in 1 packet with sugar and powdered milk

Tan Tower is an excellent and affordable hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It is very close to the Toul Tomooung Market (aka Russian Market). It's the first hotel that I stayed at when I was there visiting my girlfriend

It's a short distance away from restaurants and eateries. The staff is professional, and the owners were fantastic to talk to. I highly recommend checking it out if you visit Phnom Penh, Cambodia
