Where to stay in Phnom Penh

The service was good and the food was also delicious. The location near to the shopping mall. But we can not use swimming pool as it is under maintenance.

I suspect the rating for this place might be inflated. It's on par with, or even slightly worse than, a typical budget hotel in China, which honestly surprised me quite a bit. I've always lived here, and the price dropped this time, I don't know why. It's in the central area, so I recommend it. Restaurants, delivery services, banks, and taxis are all easily accessible nearby. The only downside is that the bathrooms tend to leak everywhere.

We had requested a baby cot during our booking, so we were surprised to learn at check-in that the hotel does not provide them. As we did not receive any prior communication about this, we were unable to make alternative arrangements in advance. Eventually, after much insistence on our part, the staff managed to obtain a baby cot from the residence apartment adjacent to the hotel.

Bali hotel is my family as I stay here ever month when business trip in Phnom Penh. Their Pest Control is good and hygiene standard is meeting standard. The hotel staff is helpful.

The hotel is quite far from the city's main airport (about an hour's drive, which is lengthy) and is also a bit distant from the main street and the flower market. Otherwise, it's a very pleasant resort. I enjoyed the spacious room and the lush greenery surrounding it. The breakfasts were fairly good, though they could use a little improvement. All in all, a decent place.

Clean, peaceful and great amenities. At first, the reception assigned me to a room that could not be opened by the key card so I had to call the attention of the hotel staff and I was assigned to another room. Accuracy of room assignment from the receptionist is important specially that guests are tired and inpatient to wait. But overall it was a great stay.

The personal is very nice and helpful. The Room was very clean but the TV didn’t work and although it looks very nice the Light switch fell of the wall. For a weekend stay it’s very nice but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer than 2-3 days at a time because the AC is kind of loud when it cools down the room.

Found a hair on my bed but otherwise room was acceptable. Interior of the room felt a bit weird with washed walls and scrapes to the rattan room door. It clearly has the potential to be one of the best spots in the city.
