I had a decent stay here recently for a work trip. What really stands out to me is the breakfast—high quality and half a dozen made to order options. The staff are also overly nice.
I was voluntarily upgraded to a family room, even through I was by myself. It felt like, well, a room a lot of children had spent time in—a little worn. The room didn’t look like any of the rooms I saw while booking. Also...
This place does Boutique well. Staff is well trained and are very friendly. Clean, well decorated and spacious rooms. Great water pressure, ac and fast WiFi. The plunge pool is a welcome reprieve after a hot day. The bartender and drinks are as solid as the breakfast they provide. Only gripe is that the beds could be a bit more comfortable but overall we loved our stay here.
Located in centre of city this little gem is a perfect place to stay. Staff where very friendly room was good size with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Would recommend as easy access to all attractions. Have NO complaints.
Rooms were large and clean. Comfortable beds. Staff speak good english. Small swimming pool adjacent to reception. Staff helpful in arranging transportation and tours. Breakfast was good with actual bacon which has been a rarity. Real coffee. Restaurant prices high by Cambodian standards. Location near to central market and national museum but you may want to take a tuk tuk as the sidewalks...
Spacious room with neat decoration. Nice shower room, excellent location. The swimming pool and poolside are lovely, but relatively tiny.
Great service by the friendly staffs. Clean and comfortable rooms. Two thumbs up :)

Great location right next to Botum park. Clean, friendly, good price. Would stay here again.
I initially booked to Bird Cage Boutique because of its proximity to the running event location. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. There was a loud party happening during my stay, making it impossible to rest and prepare for my 10km run. The noise level was very disturbing, and there was no prior notice from the staff about the event.
Because of this, I decided to leave and transfer...
Friendly staff and good location. Rooms are a little on the small side and not reflective of the photos. So, ok value but I think there are better options.

Love the hospitality! Good customer service too! Very convenient too.
I had a great stay at this accommodation. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient for getting around. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to help. The food was decent and met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance
Booked because next to the Sofitel. But a small quaint hotel to stay in. Friendly receptionist, breakfast was average.

It was fantastic we will come back for sure. Room very clean and breakfast also delicious. Front speak english very good
The best thing about the hotel was the staff. The location was relatively good, too. The rooms, on the other hand, are of urgent need of renovation. The breakfast was quite ordinary. There is a construction site next to the hotel and on our first night the construction was going on all through the night. It was impossible to sleep.

The staff are exceptionally friendly.
This boutique hotel feels like home!
I'll book here without hesitation when I'm on business!
Lovely staff and great food ac could’ve been a bit colder other than that I’d definitely return to stay again and recommend
Service is okay. Breakfast is subpar, barely mid. Location can be easily missed with the covered sign. Got water hosed by a staff lol
Supreme room was large and well equipped. Breakfast was satisfactory. Location was good
We like this place. Good service, friendly, and clean.
The service from the staffs are all excellent, very friendly and prompt.

Best guest house 100/100 but here don't have lift 🥴🥴🥴
Cheap accommodation but you get what you pay for.
We were put on the 6th floor with no lift which made coming and going from the room unpleasant.
Room was very basic. The smell from the drains in the bathroom is very bad as mentioned in other reviews. The AC worked but did not cool the room down at all. The fan on the wall had no blades so after the first night we had to ask for an additional fan...
For the price it’s a really decent place to stay. The staff were friendly and the location is great. Room was simple but had a t.v. Air con, a large fridge and was pretty clean. Only thing stopping it getting five stars was the amount of stairs you need to climb (which is fairly standard in Phnom Penh) and the fact that when there was very heavy rain outside, this left some puddles in the hall, near...
Great value for your money: location, facilities, service.
Value for money front side rooms quiete , back side room noisy, good breakfast ..
Good for budget guesthouse, comes with breakfast. Location is perfect as it is close to some major attractions, shops, and restaurants. At night you are within walking distance to see performances by Cambodian Living Arts, ticket prices are reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful. They can help arrange for tours and transportation.

Great central location with attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast. The fast internet is perfect for business travelers like me. Highly recommend!
As a road warrior whose office is literally next door, this marks my fourth pilgrimage to Skyline Boutique Hotel – proof that familiarity breeds not contempt, but an addiction to efficiency. Jet-lagged from a marathon flight that felt like it spanned continents (and time zones), I staggered in late, expecting the usual check-in gauntlet. Instead, Rosie turned it into a symphony of speed: a warm smile...
Enjoyed the breakfast - very good service. The bed was comfortable. Reception staff were very welcoming. Very relaxing areas near the pool and restaurant.
Hotel is in a great location for tourism. However it is a little tired and needs some updating and cleaning. The room was clean enough with fresh sheets. However windows and paintwork and communal areas a little dirty and need attention. Our bathroom smelt of dirty drains the whole time. Room was serviced daily but never replaced coffee making facilities. Staff very friendly, especially Rose on front...
We had a great stay at Skyline Boutique Hotel – it’s truly a kid-friendly place! We booked the family suite, which was very spacious and even came with a private kitchen – perfect for our needs. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the busy town, surrounded by greenery, which made it feel like a peaceful retreat. Our kids especially enjoyed the dedicated kid’s pool and the variety of kid meals...
Huge room with separate kitchen & dining area overlooking the pool area. Staff lovely and took a real interest in our plans. Close to Bassac Lane. A bit too far out generally to walk to the other main areas of interest. Plenty of tuk tuks though.

The place is so good. It is clean, spacious, and accessible. The staff is also kind and approachable.
Nice small hotel not far from the riverside. No elevator, but cosy room and clean
The room was on 4th floor but nobody helped us carry the luggage upstairs. The aircon was not working properly causing the room to take a long time to cool. Bed comfort was average. The front desk staff was helpful and offered to help book tickets/ transport. Location is good, near night market and many tourist attractions.
The hotel is located near tourist spot and many eateries surrounding areas. The only down side is no lift and th room view is blocked by building next door.

Nice and welcoming employees. Rooms are specious. Good for kids and families.
We enjoy foods and swiming pool
Really charming rooms with a cool little swimming pool. Staff were as helpful as their English would allow. No safe in the room.
This is a wonderful hotel. The price is right for even a nice poolside room, and we had breakfast included every morning, which was tasty. Super comfortable bed and room. Very spacious, with a nice shower and plenty of space to leave and unpack bags. The staff also stored our bags for us after checkout before our flight!

Overall experience is ok. Rooms can be more properly cleaned once in a while particularly around the bed where dust has accumulated. Outside of the hotel, it's a bit dodgy with some people on some kind of substance. Wouldn't recommend staying here for a kind stay.
Clean, quiet. I felt safe. Area is very local, not touristy.
Quiet location in the local Cambodian community
Away from the maddening tourist crowds in Phnom Penh, this hotel offers quiet accommodation surrounded by local people. The rooms are clean and large in size. No pool, but still good value. Be aware that it's on the other side of the Tonle River to many of the tourist sites and other hotels.
Perfect location, in the heart of a local, colorful and heartwarming neighborhood. I came with my girlfriend for one night, and I ended up staying for close to a
week after she left. Lady owner and staff were amazing. Room was spacious and comfy. Balcony is a big plus in the evening, after sunset. This is the type of stay any "real" traveler will appreciate.
Slightly run down, family run Hotel. Great price, Free Internet was a bit slow, Free Breakfast-Standard menu and American on request. Although I would only give the facility three stars, i would give the manager and her staff 100 stars. She provided anything and everything we needed. I was trying to go cheap to get more days inthe war climate. That was my mistake. The bed had to be more than 50 years old. The inersprings had no springs to them at all. Great simple guesthouse, location is amazing, friendly owners and very clean. Good WiFi and way more than expected at the price. Thank you 😊
It was acceptable one place where very convenient nearby Orrusey Market and grocery store too. The hot water and a/c were good well-maintenance, staffs alternative and quiet place. There were lots taxi ( PassApp) nearby. We were satisfied overall.
Very early arrival was no issue at all and Really helpful staff.
Good location- helpful staff
I had many things to take care of while I was there. The location was convenient for that and the staff always helpful
Good location easy travel from airport. Good restaurant and shops nearby. Riverside bars a good walk but only 2 dollars motorbike or tuk tuk. Stayed 6 days and 5 nights very good room, friendly staff however no attempt was made to clean my room, change the towels or replace the water. But would strongly recommend it for the budget traveller.
The most fairly priced private rooms in Phnom Penh! $10 for a single and $12 for a double. Air Conditioning and WiFi is always working great! The rooms and facilities are a bit old, but works just fine.

For the price and location, this hotel is an absolute pretty great.
The room itself is pretty simple but comfortable. The air freshener that was being used was WAY tomoberpowering overly sweet and I actually had to remove it from the room. I was a bit disappointed that I never got any room service and that I didn't have hot water the whole time I was there.
But again... The price point for the location
Staff very friendly but no one cleaned the rooms but I did like the water feature that dripped from my ceiling
Good location, only a few minute walk to the royal place. There are many great restaurants around. Amazing staff, really kind people who will make sure you are taken care of. Free breakfast was good too. The down side: the wifi was soo weak and bathroom tap could use fixing or replacement. The room was also so dim. It could use some more light
Great boutique hotel with clean, stylish rooms and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended.

Good budget stay in great location to explore Phnom Penh. Staff were so friendly and kind. We had an early checkout and they prepared us breakfast for us to take on our journey. I have given 4 star because the room (201) we were in needs some attention: there was a drip from the room above which is damaging the ceiling. Aside from this, no issues. Breakfast was nice and we appreciated the fruit.

NO POOL! Please update google maps and your website accordingly. This ruined the first 5 hours of our trip while we had to replan and rebook where to stay and cancel our booking. We had promised our kids a pool. We had to go all over and waste time in the heat of the day trying to find a new hotel last minute.
Great location nice comfortable rooms good close close to shopping and nightlife good value for money
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The AC and hot water worked great.
My phone worked great in the room (I had trouble in other hotels that have thick concrete walls which prevent my phone from getting signal).

The room was immaculate, super comfortable, quiet, and it had a great view of Da Nang. Breakfast was good but I enjoyed wandering around the neighborhood for delicious local specialties. I much prefer this location (an easy walk to the beach) to the big "waterfront" hotels. The best part is the staff. Housekeeping, restaurant, bellmen- all smiles. Pretty decent place to stay over couple nights for its price
It was great once we got into a room with windows and no mouldy ceiling. Staff were great, after the initial arguments about rooms not being a described. Clean place and nice, if slightly small, pool. We stayed an extra two nights in the end. There's a kindergarten next door so Monday to Friday don't expect to lie in after 07:00. Very nice place with exceptionally friendly staff, very comfortable relaxing bar also a very handy location
I stayed for 10 days as my friend was in hospital. All if the staff were very warm and helpful. Felt like a family environment but with crisp, cold beer. Thank you all staff and patrons at Bar Oz, you made a very hard week m, very comfortable indeed.

It served a purpose. Very close to the bus . Nothing to shout about but the air con worked. Shower was hot . Sheets clean staff polite .And check in easy a place for a 1 night stop over not a long stay .

Great location, gorgeous river views. On weekends, the pedestrian walkway gets closed, and it's very crowded, very noisy. A hotel with good value for money. Highly recommended. I booked it for just one night without much expectation, but I liked it so much that I stayed three more nights. The best thing is the riverside view room. Don't save money and choose a riverside view room. The only downside is that the wifi speed is sometimes slow, but other than that, it's the best value for money hotel.
I am Japanese and stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days on a solo trip. This hotel has the best cost performance.
The room is a large room with a balcony on the second floor, and it has a king bed, refrigerator, cooler, shower, toilet and sink. However, there is no wifi.

Helpful staff, great location. Clean hotel!
I had the best experience in that hotel. People are helpful and location id great 👍🏽 Thank you 😊
All the rooms were huge, but my first one had no hot water, so they moved me. Then the new room had no cold water! 😂 They tried to fix it, but said they couldn't, and since I was only there three days, I just dealt with it. The staff were great, but the hotel was kinda run-down. It was cheap, though, so I'm not complaining.
