Location and room is value for the price! Love how it is in the city center with coffee shop nearby and also many other attractions nearby. Staff are friendly and room is clean! It is budget friendly and great for all types of stay
A very nice place to stay. Middle of the city and the room is a great, staff are very friendly (also speak english very well ) a good experience.
Nice place to stay, not high end. But very convenient
Value of price! There’s a lift which is easy and also nice and comfortable room. Very Safe area & helpful staff. There’s also Tube coffee infront easy for my morning coffee. It is in the City center and many foods around this area. Very convenient to travel to places. Tuktuk only cost $1-$2 to city attractions. Overall, recommend this place to travelers and business travelers.
Sky Park Hotel is basic but offers good value at $15 a night. The rooms are simple and clean enough for budget travelers. Be aware that Wi-Fi can be very weak in some rooms—if strong internet is important to you, mention it at reception or check the signal as soon as you arrive and ask to switch rooms if needed. The location is excellent for visiting Tuol Sleng Museum, which is definitely worth a visit...
Great place to stay, and very affordable. I’ve stayed in a few guesthouse and home stays throughout Asia. This is among the best.

Great hotel....great staff....the decor is a bit tired....
It’s ok for a quick stop everything is there but could do with changing carpet and cleaning more everywhere sauna and steam room area needs a good clean also. But the staff are very nice people and will try to help you.
Room is acceptable for the price. Room a bit old. Elevator very slow. Reception staff is friendly.
The rooms need maintenance. The area is good. The prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly and reliable.
Fine option if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. The hotel is rather old, although everything worked in the room.
Jacuzzi and gym aren’t possible to use, unfortunately. It just doesn’t work for a long time clearly.
Great stay overall! The hotel is in a very good location—close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The room was quite comfy and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was fine for the price. The location was okay, but not the best.
The mattress was not in great condition, but the room was clean and it was nice and quiet.
The owners were very lovely people and even opened the gate very late at night for my arrival.
It's not often I leave a review within the first few minutes of arrival. The place is an amazing deal for how nice and clean it is. The bed has a soft mattress. The family here is very welcoming and nice to foreigners. They spoke English with me to walk me through everything.
Very good service, beautiful family run business. The host made me feel like family. I highly recommend this guesthouse for real Khmer experience.
We stayed 2 nights over there and it was pretty nice. The owner are friendly and gave us some recomendations for our trip. Our room was clean and had AC.
We stayed here for a few nights in one of the AC rooms. It had a TV, no fridge or kettle. One of the cheaper options in Phnom Penh but it was relatively clean with enough space to put things. Had a desk and chair too. Bed was soft. The shower pressure was good although the water never got very hot. No problem though when it’s 35C outside! AC worked well.
Staff were nice.
The area is out of central...
The bed, the bath, the room are great. Just so the mosquito get in a lot to the room. No matter how much you killed them there's always 2 or 3 around.

Good hotel for stay short time
I didn't stay in that hotel. But looks nice.
Recently, it is said that reservations through the app are not possible. Breakfast is also not available. I resent h**** service for going for breakfast and booking through the app. I'm a gold member there
I stay here 1 night with 40$/room. The hotel is very beautiful, convenient and it have a skybar on the rooftop. The breakfast is okay, because of many European tourist, so most of menu is fastfood, I saw. If you travel with your friend, I suggest to spend time chilling at skybar at midnight, that's so excited (it'll close at 12:00, so you should come there at 10:00).
Hope some my picture will help...

Good For family and 2 Couple But there don't have any elevator
This was the room I started with my friend there. Good price and nice place. We enjoyed it.
My stay at Sky Residence was wonderful. The hotel service was exceptional friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The facilities were top notch with a clean and modern room. A relaxing pool area and a well-equipped gym. As for the food the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend...

The hotel is located in a small alley near the palace.
Easy to access to convenience stores or a night market.
Each floor has a shared dining space and a kitchen, and you can access to your private room with a bathroom through there.
I didn’t have anyone else during my stay so i could have a whole floor just for me.
The bed is large and comfy, and the bathroom is clean.

Not a bad place for the price. If you're on the top floor be aware there is no lift (we didn't mind too much) the balcony's are beautiful however ours didn't have any chairs and table to sit out on. Restaurant downstairs with happy hour (very cheap beer). Close to everything you need. Tuktuk drivers were relentless outside though. This hotel is quite nice, good value for money, and has a beautiful environment. I really like it. The common area is right outside the room, making it suitable for solo travelers or couples. Excellent!
The rooms are dark, they have no windows, although they have nice common areas, the room needs more cleaning as it has a strange smell.
A very good B&B hotel in the core area of Phnom Penh. The boss is enthusiastic and speaks Chinese. The hotel is clean and tidy. You can see the beautiful scenery of Phnom Penh from the second and third floor balconies!
Next to the market, it is very convenient to eat. There are many people at night, which is good.
ALL the plugs were hardly working, I tried to charge my phone but I had to watch it charge. Wifi was so bad that most of the time I used my own data. The refrigerator was broken they changed and plugged in one of the plugs that was almost working but the morning staff that cleaned the room I guess didn’t know that the other wasn’t working at all and put it back. Really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was delicious and you can choose what to order.. I liked the homemade yogurt with muesli and fresh fruit. Lunch and dinner are also available to order until 8pm. You do have to pay for breakfast, but it is reasonably priced for what you get (see menu photo) Coffee, tea, and water refills are free.

This place deserves 5 stars because of the helpful friendly staff, and friendly atmosphere in the common area. We were waiting on visas and had to book an extra night 2 nights in a row and they were so accommodating. The beds are super comfy. Cheap tasty food for breakfast and dinner available.

Having stayed in quite a few hostels in South East Asia this was one of the best. It is possible here to share a double bed in a dorm room which keeps the price down. I was a bit concerned that this might be weird but not at all. Quiet and a great pace to chill out. They also do cooking classes on some days of the week which we enjoyed. A quaint Balinese-style hotel on a quiet street. The staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I
would avoid the food, though. I ordered lunch and it wasn’t very good. The place is reasonably clean. I enjoyed the general vibe of the place.
My stay was excellent. The room was impressively spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it a true haven after busy days exploring. The hotel pool was also a major highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing swim or just lounging in the sun.
I would definitely choose this hotel again for the great combination of comfort and amenities.
location is perfect.. the comfort level of sleepiss MAXIMUM.. trust me, this hotel is good deal, because you get a maximum comfort with a minimum budget 🤘🔥
The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean, but the breakfast service, in particular, is terrible. The breakfast selection is very poor and the portions are small. Breakfast starts at 7 AM, but they don't serve coffee, tea, or milk until at least 7:30/8:00 AM because the staff responsible for beverages isn't there yet. Essentially, you end up having breakfast without anything to drink. On top of that...
Lovely hotel with a great breakfast.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the air con was great at keeping the room cool.
Only issue the bathroom needed updating and one of the lights in the toilet didn’t work.

What I Liked: Outstanding hospitality from the owner and team, great onsite dining, and a convenient location near the river.
What could be Improved: Toiletries were a bit limited for a multi-night stay; providing additional soap would be a great touch.
nice budget room with balconate, the owner was nice and helpful , the food was good. the place is just meters away from night action but yet pretty quite. very suggested if you looking for a budget place very near from bars pubs and restaurant
Words cannot express how great this house treats his guest it was an amazing room very spacious very clean and the staff were amazing
Need to improve service and cleaning more, however the price of rooms is ok .
Good location. Walking distance to night market and riverside.
There is also few halal restaurants and 7eleven nearby to buy halal foods.
The owner is friendly and helpful.
Condition of room is good enough for solo traveller.

The room is average, the floor is too high, the stairs are narrow and it is difficult to walk. The boss lady is not kind to people. She runs a restaurant on the first floor and sells drinks. I feel that the boss lady is not very kind to people.
The room was OK except that the floor was too high.
Great family owned business, I had a room on the 4th floor.
Great location and view on national museum and locals .
Removed one star due to lack of air vent in bathroom, odors come up from sewer.
There are no P trap in Cambodia so all the smells come back up ,this is a fault in construction.
Location is absolute convenient to a lot of amenities. Restaurants on the ground floor. A view of the palace out front. Walking distance to the Mekong River, old market and river eateries.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Location excellent. Room very clean. Only problem was noisy neighbours coming in at 5am two nights in a row, also a lot of noise from the street. Apart from that all good. Stayed 4 nights

Nice, clean place. But good to fix some things
1. I don't have hot water

The receptionist and bar staff are very friendly. The room is clean although the cleanliness can still be improved. My only complain is that they lack of wifi router (the signal is poor in several room) and no soap and shampoo provided so you need to buy your own. There's no free drinking water. You have to buy 1 USD for 1.5L of drinking water
Acceptable hostel that gives a good common area to chill, and good atmosphere. Food is acceptable. In the front desk they are always willing to help. My main complaint comes from the superior private room which the shower was full of mold... or can be fixed with further cleaning but just seems like there is no interest in it.
I loved this hostel. It felt like a sanctuary in the middle of Phnom Penh. The food was great, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty of room to hang out by the pool. They can also help you with all your travel to the next destination.
