Old, but charming. Location is good. Breakfast is satisfying, with a lot of choices. There are 3 Khéma restaurants in this city, and the one here has the better baguettes than the other 2. Mini bar is complimentary, which is very generous. However, there was a terrible smell in the refrigerator.
This is a smaller old-style hotel with only 14 rooms.  Breakfast was included in our package.  Semi-buffet plus made-to-order breakfast, good quality and good value for the price we paid.  The restaurant Khema provides good food for lunch and dinner.   Friendly and helpful staff.  Would come back again.
The hotel is spacious, the accommodations are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast (a la carte) is delicious.
This is a small hotel with only 20 rooms on two floors. As soon as you get out of the elevator, you're greeted by a damp, moldy smell. The carpet is a major downfall! The room is incredibly dim. There's no light even in front of the mirror, so you have to open the window to get some light when putting on makeup. The Western restaurant downstairs has decent steaks, and they're reasonably priced! $1...
This is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh. The rooms are beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and make you never want to leave. The hot tub is wonderfully relaxing, and the décor throughout the hotel is elegant and inviting. I always look forward to staying here and wouldn’t consider anywhere else. The breakfast service is excellent, with professional and attentive staff. The security guard...
The breakfast was plentiful and the French cuisine was also very good. Will I book again next time?

I had a wonderful experience staying at The Mou Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for both short and long stays. Great value for money...
While this property is older than some, it is quite clean and comfortable. The view from my windows was a pleasant surprise by night. The bed is clean and comfortable. The Wifi is good. The staff are warm and welcoming, especially the gentleman who works security.

good , near to buy some snacks or locals food
I like it that there is elevator and windows. Good service and respectful staff.
Overall is good, only the location is abit deep in the alley and it takes about 10mins travel time to reach the market

Everyone was so friendly and would definitely go back
Difficult one this! Overall it was fine and has potential. Nice large room, big bed and clean though could do with a lick of paint all round.Friendly, helpful staff- the general manager was a nice chap and great English breakfast available. However, the owner and what seemed to be his friends, middle aged blokes, seemed to gather round reception entrance all day which is right next to the pool. Their...
Tranquil.Helpful staff, especially the night barmaid.
Let me start with positives first, the location of this hotel is spot on it’s very central to the royal palace, the busy river area and the beautiful and lively parks. The staff are attentive and polite especially Sothea who is real gem of a lady and a hard working one woman band. Breakfast was nice albeit the service was a bit slow and we ate once in the hotel and the pizza we ordered was really...
Absolutely outstanding service, location, food and atmosphere. The staff could not be more helpful. The pool is an oasis to come back to each day. Time the owner uses fantastic and any request is no problem. Must book if you’re coming to PP. Can’t recommend enough.
I have been staying at the Vila Grange since 2019 - it's now my home away from home. The staff are great and accommodate where they can, as well as this hotel being in a great location, I recommend the Villa Grange to anyone looking for their next stay in Phnom Penh.

Able to communicate in Chinese, convenient transportation, good service attitude
There are some places that need attention, and facilities should be more careful
near Aeon Mall and many restaurant. GOODS SERVICE MIND. and check early moe than other hotel
The reception can’t speak Cambodian and not good for English. Pls improve
It was an OK Hotel. The room is big but I saw some roaches during my stay. Cleanliness can use some more work.
I have stayed at this hotel 5 times. There were a few cockroaches in the room for the first time. The hygiene has deteriorated and needs to be improved. There is no radio station on the TV, no water heater and no hair dryer. The transportation in the city is convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is close to Aeon. Average value for money.

It's still my preferred choice due to the privacy of the very large "coffins". I really wish they had a urinal or the toilets separate from the showers (so that people don't go in there with their shoes for their 1's & 2's. The dorm has a very high ceiling and is quite large, so the two aircon units set to 17 barely get the place to maybe 23°. It can get quite humid in a capsule with the door closed
A beautiful environment on a low budget. Those who want to travel alone choice it.
Turned up at 6am as arrived on the overnight bus. My 2 cabin cases were carried upstairs for me to my awaiting “pod”! It had a light, plug socket & usb socket and fan, clean bedding! I slept for 5 hours until I had to leave for my plane. Bed was comfy, slept like a baby. Didn’t have time to use the amenities but saw a pool, a bar, pool table, menus , plenty of games - looked like it would’ve...
Okay, it felt a little bit more as a bar than a hostel, but maybe because of Chinese new year.
I was able to get the comfort level I needed at The Eighty PP. Calm atmosphere, well-kept space, and a relaxing stay overall. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly come back.
Chill and quite place to sleep. Near the street market.2km to center main sights. Very very wide beds and rooms. Humanity bien. Flowers smokie loyal.

Excellent customers services for front desk. I love the service.

Decent hotel for location. I’ve been to this place many times but end up going to either Rosewood or the raffles hotel to eat instead.
Its a big hotel with a good service!
very nice environment. suitable for business trip and families.
After arriving, I realized that my previous concerns were unnecessary. The money was given in change, there were no motorcycle gangs, and the hotel was not bad. I stayed there for two days and could run along the Chao Phraya River in the morning.
Clean peaceful and very very friend staff. Very near the mosque and halal amenities. Convenient and helpful. Ample parkings. The staff allow us to bring our own halal food to eat at the restaurant. This is my third time here.

For me, the only downside of this hotel is its location. It is very scary and not so safe to walk around at night since it's kind of ***************** and also Little India I would say. Great location, the rooms are very well appointed with a fantastic bathroom and an amazing shower. Hotel staff extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Roof top restaurant with open kitchen was great fun too. Good luck guys…. You deserve to do well. 👍
Hotel is in need of maintenance. The hotel corridors do not look welcoming. But once you enter the room, things do improve. It's clean and has hot water for shower. The beds are comfortable. It has an elevator so no problem getting heavy luggage up to top floor. The service is excellent, very helpful staff.

Fantastic hotel. The owners are great, she takes good care of the guest. This was our second time here in two years. They built a juice shop out front that I didn't try, but it did bring more people around. The only downside is the nightclub right next door which can get loud at times. But you can usually sleep through it. And the bar seems to have some respect for guests at the hotel.
The hotel is great. Lovely Franco-Cambodian owner, very friendly staff. Clean room, comfortable bed and double glass windows, so it's very quiet. There is definitely warm water and toilet paper provided, I don't know what the bad ratings speak about. I'm sad that I could only stay one night, and would definitely recommend this hotel or visit it again.
The hotel is modern and clean. The staff French Cambodian, are all friendly and attentive. They all spoke very good English. I believe its a family run business. Shocked to find the hotel had a lift, and a nice one at that. Free drinking water dispenser in lobby. Lots of English TV channels which was also nice. Breakfast included was good, although just two options, pancakes or egg and bread. Not...
I’d like to thank everyone at the hotel for making me feel welcome and have a delightful place to spend my time. I’m retired and traveling and am always wanting to find the places to come back to. Lift available - very good for my weak legs. In fact, hotel should clearly indicate this on the web like booking.com to let patron knows. When I did the booking, I was not sure at all.
The location was amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful! The view was beautiful and the stay was comfortable
I'm torn on this place, I want to like it because the staff was great and it has a good location and potential but the rooms ( I switched a few times ) were not in great shape. Aircon was an issue in each room, one had a filthy wardrobe and bed we're just ok. If they work on a few things and make a few adjustments this would be a good spot. Nice little roof top bar but not many people.
It is now 4 Rivers Hotel, same family owns it. Great location on riverside. There is a lift. The 5th floor gets noise from the Sky Bar from 4pm to midnight. The balcony room also gets noise when it is windy, some metal parts rubbing. Big TV, fridge, safe.
Nice roof top terrace... nice people ... good food...wonderful view to the river..
Very decently priced hotel with utterly confused staff but with my FAVOURITE river-view balcony rooms in Phnom Penh. Great food and views on the roof-top (Star Bar). I just keep coming back ;-)

The room was excellent and very comfortable. Water wasn't always hot for showers though.
A typical 3 star in SE Asia. Polite and friendly service. Maybe not the best choice for most western travellers accustomed to the Hilton. Located at Riverside Phnom Penh. Nice clean and big rooms but no lift. A bit poor breakfast comparing to a mid priced hotel.
If you want to look back at the colonial age, the riverside rooms of this hotel are for you
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are huge. Location is good if you like to be near a number of tourist attractions. Cons: No elevator, 50 steps to our room on the second floor. No AC in lobby. I enjoy VIP room for meeting and meal there with the view of swimming pool via the glass wall.
I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Pro 1) Many restaurants and supermarkets are around. 2) near airport. 3) my room is quite as it is not facing main road. But no view from window. Con: 1) The only things I don't really like is the hotel lobby. From outside, there is no signboard to tell it is hotel. All written in local language. 2) Only coffee is available in the room. No tea.
Good hotel for budget traveller. Pool and fitness facility is added value within this price. Staff are friendly. Massage also good.
Nice pool and good staff and good food ?
Been to Phnom Penh 5 different times on short term mission trips. Always stay in inexpensive hotels. 9 dragons has been the best of the lot. If you are on a budget, I would highly recommend it.

This place has gone downhill since I stayed here in 2018 and the price is too high for what they offer. A functional but pretty soulless place. The staff are friendly and helpful but the sheets felt dirty and unclean. Also with a duvet and no top sheet, you just know that it has not been washed after every stay. Also the WiFi was patchy on the top floor where my room was
Great place to stay. Rooms are big, everything works well (aircon, tv, shower...). Staff is kind and will clean the room whenever you ask for it. Right next to the bus companies for Vietnam. Prices in the area are lower than in the more touristy areas such as Riverside.
Lovely place to live with friendly staff. If you need any assistance don't hesitate to ask. Room is clean and comfortable with good price and location is close to most places.
Great hostel/budget hotel. Rooms were clean, AC works well, and the staff is very nice. It's located in a more residential area which was nice because it was quieter.

it's a decent hotel for the price. there's not a lot of amenities nearby, but it's a quick tuk tuk ride to wherever you want to go. bkk 1 is about 10 minutes by foot and that place has a bunch of restaurants
Always stay here whenever in Phnom Penh. The room rate was quite low as compared to other budget hotel. The room was spacious and aircon work well. However I wish to highlight some negative points this time: the wifi was unstable through out my 5 day stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful but not the owner who was arrogant and rude.
