The service was okay, and the employees seemed responsible and helpful. The room was acceptable, but it was not the cleanest compared with other hotels I have stayed at. There was also some smell in the washroom, so I believe there may be an issue that needs attention.

The breakfast was basic. There was no hot food included unless you paid extra, so it depends on how you evaluate the value. However, the restaurant for lunch and dinner was quite good, and the food quality was worth trying.

Overall, it was a decent stay, but cleanliness and the washroom smell could be improved.

It's a clean hotel, but the soundproofing is quite poor. You can hear people making love upstairs or somewhere else at 2 or 4 in the morning. Breakfast is free, but there aren't many options. I'm not a heavy breakfast eater, so it didn't bother me. However, the boiled eggs were incredibly difficult to peel. I booked a room with a jetted hot tub. It was spacious enough for two people, but it wasn't jetted. Strangely, the room I was in was incredibly damp, no matter how much I turned on the heater. The room itself was clean and nice.

A very satisfying stay. The breakfast was delicious, with various types of bread, boiled eggs, and fresh fruit. My only minor regret was that the room didn't have a kettle, even though tea bags were provided, so I wasn't sure how to make tea. My solution was to go to the front desk downstairs to get hot water (the staff boiled it for me on the spot).

The hotel room lacked basic amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. We already knew slippers were not provided, but there was no electric kettle either. Most importantly, the receptionists showed no smile at all.

A getting worse and worse hotel. Good location with poor breakfast.

An option if with lower and less expectations.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and it was almost impossible to stay there because of the smell.

The breakfast description is very misleading. What is included is only toast and cereal. If you want a normal, proper breakfast, you have to pay an extra $8. For that price, you get a very small portion: some potatoes, eggs, and bacon.

On top of that, tips were charged without my permission, which was very disappointing.

Please be careful. I regret staying here and would not choose this place again.

Overall was pretty good. The room was clean. Little bit dark in the room, if more lights will be better and the bathroom light was little bit dark, brighter will be much better.

Food was good, some of the staff were terrible. No response when asked a question. Spoke Chinese rudely to an obviously English speaking woman. Slamming the tea pots on the table. Hurrying us to get a cheque and leave, and mixing up orders just to name a few. I definitely won't be coming back if there's no improvement in customer service.

Food is really good here. The wait is usually not too bad either. Price is average for dim sum in the area.

Came here for dimsum. All items (s, m, l) are $2.80 if ordered before 11am. The food itself is not bad, but could work on their plating. The restaurant itself is not too big, and it feels like they put in as many tables as they could, so seating feels a little cramped.

Food was good and decently priced..
No issues there. My gripe was their seating. My uncle called days ahead to book a table for 10 at 10am. We arrived a few minutes early but they gave our table away. We waited on a busy Sunday for over an hour to be seated. And their wait area is non-existent. In fact, there were things in the way should an emergency evacuation be required. Even their emergency exit was blocked by their dirty dish bin. And with tight space due to them cramming tables, a fire marshal would have had them closed down.

Very decent and tasty food, especially notable is their Malaysian sponge cake! Very reasonable prices too, not to mention its $2.80 prix fixe menu on weekdays before 11:30 a.m. Service was not top-notch but neither was it reprehensible.

Would definitely be back whenever I have an urge for dim sum and I am in the area.

Food and coffee typical of the chain. Despite a number of people working, it took a little bit for someone to acknowedgle us and come to the counter. A simple "We'll be with you in a minute" would go a long way to not making the customers feel like you're avoiding eye contact to avoid taking their order.

They are always out of stock. I don't know why they put things on the menu if they can't serve them. On 4 separate occasions they didn't have eggs for their breakfast sandwiches.

The Tims is fine except that it's really busy at all times of the day, except during some holidays.

The entrance was badly designed considering the intersection, and getting into and out of the parking lot is really awful because it's right by a multi-way stop. Unless, you have no incoming traffic, you'll never get in or out, or you'll make an accident. It's also in an area where reckless driving is prevalent.

Staff is accomodating with special requests on food, like just egg on breakfast sandwich, no bread, etc.
