Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday special, surprising her with a handwritten card, a cake, and a room upgrade. We loved our room—especially the view of the CN Tower—and the toiletries were a lovely touch. I also really appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability.
We made full use of the pool, sauna, hot tub, and steam room, all of which were fantastic. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be returning.

Swiftly check-in/out process. Really easy to get around because of the prime location. If you're flying in to YYZ, you'd just take the train to the Union Station and walk a few steps to get to the hotel. Nice sauna next to the fitness room. Only thing I would report is that the housekeeping starts early (around 9AM), so I was awaken by the knocking in the morning.

In general I loved the stay, we had a king suite with a city view and loved the space and the facilities that the hotel offered. We couldn't use the pool and gym, but hit up both The Library bar and Clockwork for evening drinks. Breakfast at Reign was great esp if Victoria was your server. I had early mornings and her energy with everything from placing your order to getting your food and requests top notch!
The only issue I had was the telephone shower head not working when I got to the room, but they were able to fix it right away!

When we are looking to come and stay downtown, we truly love and pick this hotel. From the moment you check-in until you check-out, your satisfaction is the hotels top priority.
I loved receiving text messages asking if everything was to our satisfaction and if they can assist you with anything. I wish I remembered the young lady that checked us in on Friday afternoon, she was great! Loved the customer service and staff.
The room was very cozy and clean, but you can hear people talking etc, otherwise we found it very quiet our night!
The lounges especially the Reign and the Library lounge are truly incredible. Wonderful ambiance.
I also love that it’s connected to Union station and the path. So convenient! Thanks again for another great stay!

Wow! This hotel is a beauty! Overall we had an amazing time here. It is across the street from union station where you can access trains, subway, and buses.
The hotel itself gives off a grande vibe with traditional architecture and design. Rooms are upgraded to match that vibe.

I had an incredible experience at the Fairmont. The service was exceptional from start to finish, but I have to give a special shoutout to the housekeeping team — they went above and beyond every single day! My room was always spotless, and I was so impressed (and touched!) to find my clothes neatly folded when I returned.
Room service was also top-notch. Every meal I ordered was 10/10 — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The chocolate-covered strawberries they sometimes included with my dinner were such a thoughtful and delicious surprise.
Thank you, Fairmont team, for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I can’t wait to come back!

By far the best hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast in the clockwork was amazing.

Very overpriced for the condition of hotel, rooms need updating particularly bathroom / shower, low level of maintenance . Very noisy hotel both room and lobby, lobby area had loud music in all areas not a quite space, we were unable to casually enter bar of cafe area need to be seated and there was always a 45 min wait over 4 days. Some conditions you can accept but not when your paying the premium price they are charging, feels like they are focusing on the heritage and image rather than customer satisfaction.

Bathroom disgusting...theres no urinals in the men's washroom. Staff is slow. Food is the same in each Timmie's so that's not an issue.

Quality Timmy's, just different than those in the US. It wasn't clear where to stand to wait for your order, and it got a little cluttered. The food was way better tasting than the TH's in Michigan, and the coffee was stellar as always.

My favourite Tim's in the city. It's open 24 hours a day so you'll always have access to fresh coffee. They're always generous with the cream cheese. The staff are polite and courteous. Beggars usually hangout the front door, if you're not interested in an conversation followed by guilt then you can use the back door.

This store keeps open for 24 hours so I can get coffees for my night work.
I went there for my coffee at night time but store was too busy still I would like to say that the way the person behind that counter treat me is good to share.
There was a big lineup but that guy behind the counter worked faster and faster to serve us all in minimum time.
Thank you guys for great and faster service now onwards I will be your regular customer.

Excellent spot to meet up before the game. Or after work cocktails. I have enjoyed it every time. Being on the patio I enjoy people watching!

This place is great for drinks before or after some sort of sporting event. Lots of appetizer options at a fair price. They are extremely quick to bring drinks and eager to help fill up cups or help clear the tables. Service is great and they are attentive to customers.

Excellent/fast service. I went with a very large group (20+ people) over the weekend. Everyone got their order, nothing was incorrect, the staff were friendly and confident. Prices are fair. Lots of menu options. Great spot to go before a game or show at the ACC.

Came here as a last minute decision to catch a Leafs game and have some food. Service was great and environment/atmosphere had a good feel to it. Me and my partner ordered Smokes BBQ Burger along with some nachos and was really pleased with the food. Nice portion for the nachos was a little surprised by how much there was. Burger was really good but the $$ was a little high but expected that for eating in the area. To top it off the leafs won so hurray~ As for drinks they have lots of variety, nothing in terms of specials or deals.

Excellent service. Duck was tasty but slightly too firm. Surf and turf was lacking significantly in the surf department (only maybe 1/3 of lobster tail). Ribeye special was the best dish by far in the group that we ordered.

Great ambience and decor with friendly and attentive staff. Came with friends for dinner - the dishes (both appetizers and mains) were well presented and satisfied the palate! Wine selection was offered by a knowledgeable server. The desserts were equally impressive!

Solid 4 of 5 stars. Location is amazing Interiors fantastic they have a patio. Food is great presentation is great. Drink selection is very nice. Here are the problems: Bathroom is on the second floor and it's tiny. Patio could be better. Table is wobbly. Service is good but not as attentive as I would expect.
