My fiancé and I came from Ottawa for the Auto Show - we chose this hotel because we knew it was close by and looked great! I didn’t realize it was attached to the convention centre itself and union through the tunnel system. The location is perfect and makes getting around a breeze.

Besides the location, our stay was so seamless from start to finish. Easy check in, the staff was so friendly, our room was beautiful and immaculate. We stayed in the Deluxe 1 King Corner Room and the views were unreal!

We ate at the SOCO cafe, and it was delicious!

We’ve found a new go to spot. Definitely recommend giving Delta a try if you haven’t already. 😍

Amazing cleanliness and accommodations when asked. Great location, views, and very close to everything. Only note is it would be great to have adult swim time secluded from the kids hours, given the pool size. As well, updated coffee machines in room. Overall great stay!

I was at Delta hotel at 75 Lower Simcoe in Toronto on February 28th 2026 for the Metals Investment Forum. The agenda said they provided breakfast and lunch. I was disappointed to see the lack of vegan options. For breakfast, they only had fruits and commercial pastries. I asked for vegan options and they refused. I would have been happy with toast and peanut butter but they refused that too. Same thing for lunch. They said they were not going to prepare a special plate for me because they had a vegan option on the buffet. When I read the labels, the only vegan option they had was grilled vegetables. I tried to explain to them that's not sustainable because it's a side dish. Vegans need protein too. They had cheese in the chick pea salad and everything else. I've spoken with kitchen staff, the manager and event organizers specifically mentioning that I mentioned my dietary requirements during registration. I'm very disappointed that we still need to explain ourselves in 2026 and animal exploitation is still on the menu. This isn’t the hotel I would stay in because of lack of customer service.

We enjoyed our stay at Delta Hotels Toronto. This was a great location and we were able to walk everywhere! The room was great, the view was beautiful, and it was very clean. We had a stain on the pillow, probably something that just doesn't come out in the wash, but they replaced it quickly and brought extra up to our room. I also appreciated that they let us check in early at no extra cost.

The one thing I was a little disappointed in was our charges did not match what I booked. There were some extra fees added on.

Stayed at the Delta for a quick weekend trip to Toronto.

The service was excellent, staff allowed us to check in about half an hour early. On checkout day, I asked about the best way to get to the airport (taxi vs. Uber) during rush hour, and the staff kindly went out of their way and arranged a private vehicle, which was very convenient.

The hotel lobby was spacious and bright, right next to the CN Tower. It’s also directly connected to the PATH, which was especially helpful in the −15°C weather. The PATH connection was labelled, but a bit hard to find at first - staff were quick to assist.

We stayed in a two-queen room with a view of the lake. The room wasn’t the fanciest, but it was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The furniture and washroom felt a bit outdated, though still well-maintained.

We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or restaurant, but overall I would stay here again for the great service and excellent location.

I have stayed at many intercontinental locations and this one is beautiful. I unfortunately had a change in plans and needed to re book but I was being given the run around by quite a few concierge and a manager! Eventually I connected with Ms.CHRISTIE and she updated my reservation and listened and understood my unforeseen circumstances! She was kind and very knowledgeable. I appreciate her more that you know. She is a great Concierge!

Very convenient hotel as it located just next to the Union station. Don’t have to get out the station to walk to the hotel as the weather is extremely cold. Nice corner room given to us with good view.

Food was okay. Ordered crab parfait and the crab was a little fishy - wouldn’t recommend. Also had beef tenderloin which was over-cooked and did not have any blue cheese. Don’t think I’d come back but it was decent enough. had a very attentive server.

The best restaurant services in town. The smile starts from the host and the fine services and hospitality from the waiter. They are not only knowledgeable about their profession, but also show their passion to help people like me new to the city. Thanks Ran and Mesfin !!

Service and ambiance were amazing. The food (at least from the Summerlicious menu) was good but, nothing stands out screaming amazing.

The food was great! Especially the dessert! The portion size was perfect for me (I don't eat too much), so I didn't have to feel guilty for being unable to finish a meal. The service was also on point. My partner and I arrived at the restaurant an hour early and wanted to have a stroll down the street but didn't want to lug our stuff our with us. The restaurant staff were gracious enough to allow us to put our stuff in the back and pick it up after dinner.

This place is great for drinks before or after some sort of sporting event. Lots of appetizer options at a fair price. They are extremely quick to bring drinks and eager to help fill up cups or help clear the tables. Service is great and they are attentive to customers.

Excellent/fast service. I went with a very large group (20+ people) over the weekend. Everyone got their order, nothing was incorrect, the staff were friendly and confident. Prices are fair. Lots of menu options. Great spot to go before a game or show at the ACC.

Came here as a last minute decision to catch a Leafs game and have some food. Service was great and environment/atmosphere had a good feel to it. Me and my partner ordered Smokes BBQ Burger along with some nachos and was really pleased with the food. Nice portion for the nachos was a little surprised by how much there was. Burger was really good but the $$ was a little high but expected that for eating in the area. To top it off the leafs won so hurray~ As for drinks they have lots of variety, nothing in terms of specials or deals.
