First time in Toronto for a birthday trip, excellent choice choosing Intercontinental. Staff were VERY professional, kind and friendly which made us as tourists, have a very smooth trip. They recommended some amazing food options nearby (as the restaurant attached service was no where near our expectations). We were out exploring the city and came back to our room surprised with some amazing birthday desserts which made our night!! Hotel room even included some beauty supplies which was extremely useful. Definitely recommend this place and will be returning!

A huge shout out to Ayo and Manager David, came here for a birthday celebration and they made the experience fantastic. They upgraded us to the top floor with a great view of the city and even sent up a little happy birthday desert to the room. Had such great service and the breakfast buffet is a 10/10. Will definitely be staying here again!

My family and I stayed here back in September. Great location! The room was clean and the bathroom was well-stocked. Intercontinental Toronto is using one of my favourite scents and it was a pleasant surprise. Also, the bathroom has an actual door. None of that glass sliding door business many hotels are doing nowadays. The staff are super friendly and professional. Kudos to Ardiz for making our stay extra special. Will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I booked in for a luxurious staycation for my birthday. Everything was very beautiful and the experience was very smooth. Ardiz at reception was lovely and went the extra mile for my birthday, including a room upgrade with a stunning view of the CN Tower and the lake! Also loved the pool. Would absolutely recommend for a peaceful stay!

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It had everything we needed and It was great to use the swimming pool at our convenience. We had the perfect view of the CN Tower from our window. The staff were all super friendly and the location was great. Our room was kept immaculately clean each day. I would not hesitate in booking to stay here again when we visit Toronto.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the InterContinental Hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything the hotel offers is truly there beautiful facilities, a wonderful pool, spotless rooms, and outstanding staff. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Beyond the hotel itself, the atmosphere and the people made the experience even more special. It was one of the best Christmas stays I’ve had in a very long time. I will definitely be returning.

The hygiene was absolutely appalling. Is it because it's so close to the station? The windows were covered in dust and hadn't been wiped clean. Is this the kind of material and design you expect from a star-rated hotel? I'm speechless! The experience was absolutely terrible!

The hotel boasts a superb location, adjacent to Union Station for convenient access to the airport rail link, and close to local tour pick-up points. Other popular attractions are also within a 30-minute walk. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with incredibly thick and comfortable mattresses that make you fall asleep instantly. The front desk staff are highly professional, polite, and responsive.

This place is great for drinks before or after some sort of sporting event. Lots of appetizer options at a fair price. They are extremely quick to bring drinks and eager to help fill up cups or help clear the tables. Service is great and they are attentive to customers.

Excellent/fast service. I went with a very large group (20+ people) over the weekend. Everyone got their order, nothing was incorrect, the staff were friendly and confident. Prices are fair. Lots of menu options. Great spot to go before a game or show at the ACC.

Came here as a last minute decision to catch a Leafs game and have some food. Service was great and environment/atmosphere had a good feel to it. Me and my partner ordered Smokes BBQ Burger along with some nachos and was really pleased with the food. Nice portion for the nachos was a little surprised by how much there was. Burger was really good but the $$ was a little high but expected that for eating in the area. To top it off the leafs won so hurray~ As for drinks they have lots of variety, nothing in terms of specials or deals.

Bathroom disgusting...theres no urinals in the men's washroom. Staff is slow. Food is the same in each Timmie's so that's not an issue.
Basically, Trudeau sucks.

Quality Timmy's, just different than those in the US. It wasn't clear where to stand to wait for your order, and it got a little cluttered. The food was way better tasting than the TH's in Michigan, and the coffee was stellar as always.

My favourite Tim's in the city. It's open 24 hours a day so you'll always have access to fresh coffee. They're always generous with the cream cheese. The staff are polite and courteous. Beggars usually hangout the front door, if you're not interested in an conversation followed by guilt then you can use the back door.

This store keeps open for 24 hours so I can get coffees for my night work.
I went there for my coffee at night time but store was too busy still I would like to say that the way the person behind that counter treat me is good to share.
There was a big lineup but that guy behind the counter worked faster and faster to serve us all in minimum time.
Thank you guys for great and faster service now onwards I will be your regular customer.

I happened upon this place one evening for dinner, and because I was hungry and tired of looking for a place to eat, I thought I would give it a try. I ordered the Greek salad and salmon. The Greek salad was mostly lettuce covered with grated cheese and dressing with 2 olives, 2 cherry tomatoes and a few small chunks of cucumber. The cheese, dressing and 2 olives were tasty, however, I also received a lettuce stem which was very unappealing. The salmon plate was absolutely horrible. The salmon was so overcooked there were bits of it that were actually inedible. Bland minute rice, bland steamed chunky vegetables, a few wedges of potato that tasted like lemon and bland overcooked salmon for $29. Like I said, I was hungry and tired after travelling to Toronto. I choked back that plate of "food" and left in disbelief that this place averages 3.8 stars. My server was lovely which is why I'm rating 2 stars - which should be the average Google rating. Never eat here!

Go here if you are between 40 and 70+, and want to spend some pension money. Dont expect great service. Food is soft and bland at times, salty at times but it also comes a mismatch of presumably Greek flavors even tho none of the "chefs" are Greek. If they are they must be tired of cooking. Prices are high so you feel you had a good meal. Wine selection ok.

Great food and service. Went there at lunch and we had a reservation so got seated inordinately. Orders were all taken and were correct upon serving. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to get some Greek food. Prices were in line with any restaurant downtown.
