Very near to bird's nest and Olympics park. There are bus stations and metro stations nearby the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and super markets nearby too.

I stayed here for a week, and overall it was a terrible experience. The main issue was the extremely poor air quality in the room. I went to the front desk and found out their air conditioning was fake; it looked like it was working, but it wasn't actually on or functional. I don't understand why a five-star hotel would be so cheap as to not even turn on the AC. On top of that, there was a strong, musty smell from the carpet. My primary dissatisfaction was the air quality in the room, followed by how dirty the carpet was. Other services were just okay, passable.

Water from shower not strong enough , and the water not hot enough . But batch tub was great size .
Water leaking from bathroom due to door not able to be closed properly .

Great location, excellent service, and the room was clean and beautiful. Lots of dining options nearby and easy access to transportation. Free parking, a complimentary room upgrade, and late check-out really made me feel at home. Five-star rating! 👍

The hotel facilities are a bit old. Although it's a bit far from the city center, there's a subway station very close to the hotel exit. On the first day of check-in, the front desk attendant gave me a rather poor room where the shower water was cold. Since it was late, I didn't bother to change rooms. The next day, I reported it to the front desk, and they promptly changed my room, which was handled quite efficiently.

When checking in, I was charged a 500 deposit. The room window wouldn't open and required a staff member to come and open it with a special tool, which was very inconvenient at night. I asked for an extra toothbrush, but it wasn't in the bathroom; it was on the TV cabinet, and I spent ages looking for it. The Wi-Fi also didn't work at night. Later, we ordered some bubble tea, and before we even drank it, a staff member knocked on the door asking us to sign a waiver for food poisoning. I told them it wasn't a good time to open the door and that I could sign it at checkout or go down to the front desk later. They insisted, which put us in a really awkward position. In the end, we had to sign the paper after they slid it under the door. The service details are truly lacking, and the procedures need a complete overhaul.

In terms of details, the toilet paper provided by the hotel alone was better than what I've encountered in other 'five-star' hotels. Such small details reveal thoughtfulness, thank you!
