Hotel room small, furniture old and front desk staff need to improve their service. Not coming back to stay service is 👎🏻.. I travel to many countries notice holiday inn express 👎🏻👎🏻. I always stay Hampton service much better..

Upon checking in, I was initially given an end room. However, the sofa was extremely dirty, and the room had an overpowering scent, probably from an air freshener or some kind of diffuser, so strong it was suffocating. They eventually moved me to another room, though the process was quite troublesome. On the plus side, the hotel's breakfast was very generous.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the location is great with easy access to transport. The hygiene was pretty good too. I highly recommend it! The front desk service was excellent. Definitely worth recommending, and I'll stay here again next time I visit Beijing.

This was my first time staying here, and I was impressed. The environment was very clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices. The location is excellent, with easy access from Dongzhimen, Dongsi Shitiao, and Workers' Stadium subway stations. There are also many sports bars nearby where you can catch a game. If you plan to spend most of your time around Sanlitun and Workers' Stadium, this place offers incredible value for money, especially during the May Day holiday.

Location is great for Beijing, service is good and cleaning and front desk is helpful. Manager and reception friendly and helpful.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied, but the hotel is definitely on the older side. The location is very convenient for getting around by taxi, and they thoughtfully provided a mouse pad. All in all, I'm pretty happy with my stay.

The breakfast here is the best I've had at a Holiday Inn, with a great variety of both Chinese and Western options. I loved the Nanchang rice noodles and the English breakfast, and the fruit selection was plentiful and fresh. There are a lot of international guests staying at this hotel. The room was very clean, and I also received a welcome drink 🥤.

Excellent choice of stay. Very near to major amneties esp from Daixing Express Airport Express to Dongzhimen Station .Receptionist Ladies
were super helpful esp.Receptionist VENCY & Miya.even cafe staff & housekeeping ladies were cheerful n helpful.

Booked this for a friend, and she was really happy with it! The breakfast was good too, with orange juice available. The location is super convenient, right at Dongzhimen, and there are tons of great little restaurants nearby. Highly recommend it! 👍
