First time staying here and I had a really great experience. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The hotel's overall decor is elegant and refined. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely be back. My only suggestion would be for a more varied breakfast. Wishing you all the best!

No bellhop to help with luggage when we arrived. The front desk staff at check-in weren't particularly friendly. The room was smaller than expected. However, the floor attendant was very polite and did a thorough job cleaning. The front desk service at check-out was also subpar. As we walked out, we saw the bellhop sleeping, and as soon as he saw us, he pretended to still be asleep. The only positive is its proximity to the subway station.

The Overseas Chinese Hotel, once one of Beijing's 'Top Ten Buildings,' underwent a renovation in 2021 and has been completely transformed. It's now elegant and sophisticated, with numerous artworks displayed in the lobby and public areas. I stayed here last year and was very impressed, so I chose to return for an exhibition at the art museum this time. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, meeting my needs by upgrading my room and even offering a gift. From the moment I checked in, I felt a warm welcome. The heated pool isn't huge, but it's clean and uncrowded, making for a very pleasant swim. The hotel's location was also convenient for getting to Workers' Stadium for a game in the evening. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, very close to Exit 8 of China Art Museum Station on Line 8. The breakfast was rich and quite tasty. Lunch at the restaurant on the first floor was also reasonably priced, and the pancakes were delicious! The staff's service attitude was also very good. Overall, a great stay! 👍

Extremely satisfied! The hotel is clean and bright, the food is great, and the location is excellent. Housekeeping staff Auntie Zhuang was very polite, warm, and attentive. My child even wrote her a thank-you card! 😄

The location is super convenient, right by a subway entrance. It's just a few minutes' walk to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. The room was really quiet, which made for a great stay.

On my third day here, the TV welcome message showed a stranger's name. I genuinely thought I was in the wrong room, or perhaps the room had been double-booked? Then, on the morning of checkout, I tried calling hotel services twice to get a razor, but couldn't get through either time. For such a large hotel, this was really confusing and certainly detracted from the overall experience.

Consistently excellent! Great location with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel service is top-notch, and the breakfast is bountiful. A must-stay whenever I'm in Beijing! 👍🏻
