Environment: Very dirty. I'm allergic to dust and pet dander, and within 10 minutes of entering the room, I started experiencing itching, a scratchy throat, and watery eyes. I was traveling with my pet, and despite the hotel charging a nightly cleaning fee, it was clearly not thoroughly cleaned. For a hotel costing 1000 per night, this is completely unacceptable.
Service: The attitude was absolutely awful when they called after I checked out!
Explanation: My family and I were originally staying at the Conrad next door, but since they don't allow pets, I had to choose this pet-friendly hotel nearby for my dog. As I'm allergic to dust and pet dander, I started having allergic reactions almost immediately upon entering the room, which later escalated to asthma symptoms. The next day, after checking out, the hotel called and claimed my dog had chewed the table leg, demanding to deduct 300 from my deposit (which already included a 150 pet cleaning fee). The hotel couldn't provide proof of the table leg's condition before my stay, nor could they prove the damage was caused by my pet, and their tone was very aggressive. Later, when the hotel finally provided pictures of the damage, it was clear the damaged area showed significant oxidation, which couldn't have formed overnight. After escalating the issue with Trip.com customer service, my deposit was eventually refunded.
Overall, the stay was an extremely poor experience in every aspect.
