The slippers were really poor quality, even had hair on them. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4-star hotel; more like a budget motel. Very disappointing. Even the elevator buttons were crooked. For over 800 a night, this level of quality is unacceptable. I won't be staying here again.

The room was very comfortable and conveniently located near Guomao, making it easy to get to Guomao Mall. The front desk staff were all very nice, and the sofa bed was really practical.

The hotel environment is quite good, though it's a bit far from Guomao subway station. The vacant lot opposite isn't under construction, so it's very quiet at night. Recommended.

Not bad at all! The location is fantastic, and the hotel is quite clean. The Häagen-Dazs downstairs was a real treat – I had several! My clients really enjoyed it. Overall, a good experience.

The three housekeepers, Lynne, Rosy, and Nannan, were absolutely wonderful. They were very thoughtful and provided excellent service!

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, and it's easy to hail a taxi right outside.
Given the location, the room price offers good value for money.
The small robot delivering food is very efficient, which is a big plus for anyone who loves ordering takeout.
The room was cleaned thoroughly every day.

Cons: Even though it's a smart TV, it couldn't connect to the internet, so I could only watch cable TV. When I asked the front desk, they said this was the case for all rooms.
The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling.
The room isn't very soundproof; I could hear people coughing next door.
When checking in, the front desk service wasn't particularly friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. It's within walking distance to my company. I even got to experience Beijing's snow – there was a beautiful, large patch of snow right in front of the room.

An absolutely terrible stay! Before checking in, I was assigned room 502, right next to the elevator. I asked if I could switch to a room further away, but was told there were no other options available. Fine. What I didn't expect was that the gym was directly above my room. Starting at 10 PM, there was constant banging and noise from upstairs. I called the front desk to ask if they could speak to the guests, but they told me there was nothing they could do, as the gym was open 24 hours. The banging continued until almost 11 PM. I called again, and this time the front desk offered to move me to another room. That's when I completely lost it – they had just told me earlier that no other rooms were available! While waiting, I went upstairs to see who was exercising so vigorously at 11 PM. To my surprise, and further anger, it was several children playing in the gym without any supervision or safety measures. If the management had been competent and simply checked, this wouldn't have happened. I give this hotel an extremely low rating.
