Professional international hotel management, with exceptional service from the concierge, front desk, and housekeeping. This hotel made my May Day holiday trip to Maydayland and the Bird's Nest absolutely fantastic. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could tell the ambiance was great. The room had an excellent view, and it was incredibly clean. There wasn't a speck of dust on the windows, the phone, or anywhere else, which shows how meticulously the cleaning staff worked. Fantastic hotel and value for money. Although the breakfast service was sometimes disappointing overall we loved our stay. The staff really tried to make it a pleasant experience and solved any issues quickly and professionally. I particularly loved the pool and whirlpool. Excellent location. The amenities in this hotel are great, there is a lovely pool which was always quiet and there is also a hot tub and very good gym. The room itself was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is a short walk to the metro station or to the main railway station and it is also easy to arrange taxis to come to the hotel front door. We would stay here again.

The room facilities were a bit dated, but the location was excellent. There were a lot of foreign guests staying, so it's likely a partner hotel for international tour groups. Stepping out of the hotel and turning right, you'll find a beautiful pocket park. A bit further on is the Beijing City Wall Relics Park, which I recommend visiting if you have time. The hotel's location is good, and while the facilities are a bit old, they're still acceptable. However, the hotel service was quite mediocre. The staff were slow to respond and inefficient. I chose this hotel because it was close to where I had business to attend to. I was in a rush and didn't really get to check out the facilities. What left the biggest impression on me was the breakfast environment – it felt really chic and sophisticated, almost like being in a shopping mall.

The room amenities were quite basic. There was no shower cap, the TV remote had no battery, and no bathrobes were provided. There seemed to be a lot of foreign guests. The pool only opened at 10 AM and closed at 10 PM.

Great location in the city center with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. The rooftop pool is a big plus, perfect for young couples. For older guests, I'd recommend avoiding the loft beds.

Staff at this hotel are very nice and helpful! Hotel is old and needs lots of improvements. Toilet was not functioning properly. There were no air conditioning, shower stall seems to have mold, and in room refrigerator was not functioning well. Overall the hotel is nice and in a good location

Traveling with my elderly parents. They really enjoyed it. The bagged tea was very fragrant. Towels and bath towels were clean and tidy. My parents were able to use the TV channel selection normally after learning how. The buffet also suited their tastes.

The room was small but very clean. The breakfast was decent at only 25 yuan per person, and if you didn't want that, there were plenty of breakfast shops right outside. The hotel is also very close to the subway station and attractions like Quanjude Roast Duck in Wangfujing, making it super convenient for getting around.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the subway exit. There are direct buses right outside the hotel to all the major attractions, which is perfect for elderly travelers. The room was a bit small, but it was spotless! An outdated hotel, with old and defective furniture, smell of mold, walls that have mold around the corners.

Repeat stay. It's about the only hotel in Beijing that has it's own hot spring well. Get a room with a bathtub. Housekeeping do their best but the hardware is aged. WiFi in room is spotty especially in block 2

The location wasvery good. I was hoping and high wanted for Hot spring is so nice, but it seems like very bad, and dirty, uncomfortable. I don't like that. However the room was cleanable and comfortable. I was in Superior double bed room. Finally, receptionist called the taxi for us she was tell about our location with wrong. So we payed so many money for the taxi.

Cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. The location was easy to find, and you could order coffee at the front desk, which added a nice, cozy, and slightly chic touch. It was also very convenient for getting around. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it!

Stayed in hostel bunk beds. Charming lobby and venue. Close to the Forbidden City. The bathrooms were really dated. Bring your own shampoo. Really warm and cosy.

It was fine, good for the price. Toilet and shower were dirty so I avoided at all costs… plus it was the noisiest hostel I’ve ever been in, people phoning at 3am??
