The environment: This time I booked an inner-facing room. The window overlooked the ground floor restaurant, so I couldn't open it, and there was an odor in the room. The room was also smaller than before. Facilities: Complete, and there was an air freshener in the room. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Service: Warm and attentive.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I love it just as much as the first! The room is a bit small, but it's very clean! The service is also excellent! Most importantly, the location is fantastic – close to Tiananmen Square, and the subway station is right outside, making getting around incredibly convenient!

Whenever my family visits Beijing, we almost always choose the Xinqiao Hotel. It's right next to the subway entrance, which makes getting around super convenient. It's also very close to Tongren Hospital, just a three-minute walk away. The hotel itself is quite clean too.

Everything was pretty good, and the location was convenient too! The only downside was that someone seemed to be smoking in the hallway, and the smell of smoke was very strong! I asked for the sheets to be changed because they were dirty, but when I came back, there were still oily sheets and pillows.

The hotel's location is great, with Zi Guang Yuan and Fang Zhuan Chang (restaurants) right across the street. The breakfast is good too, you can even order instant noodles. The staff are very prompt in clearing plates. You have to go downstairs to pick up your food deliveries. Also, you need to call customer service if you want to open your room window.

Every time I visit Beijing, I choose New World. The hygiene standards are met, and this time I even got an upgrade to a suite. The hotel experience was great. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, making for a very comfortable stay. Both the front desk and room service were warm, attentive, and responded promptly. Upon arrival, I received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting nearby attractions. My room was soundproofed really well, so no noise disturbed me. The only downside was a few stains on the bathroom wall tiles. Also, delivery services aren't allowed to bring food up to the room; you have to go downstairs to pick it up yourself.

This room wasn't as good as the ones I've stayed in before. The bathroom had a terrible odor, smelling strongly of sewage throughout the room while I was trying to sleep. The shower isn't enclosed, and the bathtub is awkwardly angled, making it uncomfortable. The showerhead itself wasn't great; I had to keep pressing the overhead spray for it to work.

Fantastic hotel and value for money. Although the breakfast service was sometimes disappointing overall we loved our stay. The amenities in this hotel are great, there is a lovely pool which was always quiet and there is also a hot tub and very good gym. The room itself was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is a short walk to the metro station or to the main railway station and it is also easy to arrange taxis to come to the hotel front door. We would stay here again.

This time I was in Beijing to see a performance at the Great Hall of the People, and the location of the Grand Hotel Beijing was naturally ideal. Shoutout to Yulia Su, who helped me to order a pair of boots and delivered to the hotel in 38 minutes (unbelievable speed) before I headed out in a raining day for my forbidden city tour. Traveling with my elderly parents. They really enjoyed it. The bagged tea was very fragrant. Towels and bath towels were clean and tidy. My parents were able to use the TV channel selection normally after learning how. The buffet also suited their tastes.

An outdated hotel, with old and defective furniture, smell of mold, walls that have mold around the corners.

Repeat stay. It's about the only hotel in Beijing that has it's own hot spring well. Get a room with a bathtub. Housekeeping do their best but the hardware is aged. WiFi in room is spotty especially in block 2

The location wasvery good. I was hoping and high wanted for Hot spring is so nice, but it seems like very bad, and dirty, uncomfortable. I don't like that. However the room was cleanable and comfortable. I was in Superior double bed room. Finally, receptionist called the taxi for us she was tell about our location with wrong. So we payed so many money for the taxi.
