The hotel is clean, the service is great, and the staff are very professional. It's a very nice five-star hotel, perfect for business trips or family vacations. The hygiene is well-maintained, and the location is convenient.
The room was very clean. Although it's an older five-star hotel, all the facilities are well-maintained. Throughout my stay, I felt the service was incredibly attentive and comfortable, without feeling out of place. The Sunlight Gym offers swimming and fitness. Every day after we came back from exploring, my child would go to the pool for a while, and all the staff there were very nice. Eating around...
The hotel service was excellent. They proactively helped with our luggage, and the room cleaning was meticulous and thoughtful, showing high-standard service in every detail. Coming back to the hotel after a day out felt incredibly reassuring and comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay at Changfugong again in the future.
This hotel made my May Day holiday trip to Maydayland and the Bird's Nest absolutely fantastic. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could tell the ambiance was great. The room had an excellent view, and it was incredibly clean. There wasn't a speck of dust on the windows, the phone, or anywhere else, which shows how meticulously the cleaning staff worked. I don't want to disparage other hotels...
The stay was awesome. The staff kindly upgraded my room. I can leave my luggage after checking out as well.
The room isn't huge, and it's not a brand-new hotel, but the facilities and service are excellent. Let's start with the facilities: 1. The bedside lamps aren't directly overhead; they're adjustable, so you won't disturb anyone sleeping next to you. 2. The toilet is a Toto Washlet, and the flush is incredibly quiet. Many hotels now have smart toilets, but their flushes can be deafening, waking up everyone...

The location of hotel is good, metro is close, breakfast was amazing, everything is so clean, but most of all i am fascinated with hair dryer amazing one😅 very good hotel, highly recommended!!! On photo the view from room.
This is an older hotel. The service was excellent, and the location is superb. Right outside the window is Jianguomenwai Avenue, bustling with traffic, giving you a real sense of the capital's energy. The room itself is a bit dated, and you have to shower standing in the bathtub. The Sihuaxuan restaurant is very good, which is definitely a plus for the hotel.
It was alright, pretty satisfied for a family trip. The only downside was that the bathroom had a bathtub for showering, and the showerhead was broken on the first night, couldn't hang it up. We told the staff the next day, and they immediately arranged for a replacement. Everything else was fine.
I come here often, and the front desk staff member, Li Yingjie, is always very welcoming. The room is also clean.
The Beijing Hotel has a great location, and the rooms are new and recently renovated. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the soundproofing is good. The hotel's front desk service is excellent; they are very responsive to requests. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely visit again.
The room was a bit old and small, but the service was good. They even provided a humidifier. The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the subway entrance. It's also convenient for dining out, though many restaurants in the Guomao commercial area have long queues. Breakfast was excellent – perhaps because the price is a bit high, there weren't many people, making for a comfortable dining experience...

The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is clean and the service is great. It's a well-known old establishment. The room amenities are quite comprehensive; I particularly appreciated having a fridge, and they even provided a new Laifen hairdryer, which was a nice touch. The facilities are a bit dated though; the power outlets in the room seem to be...
It's an older hotel, but the location is excellent, right next to the subway station and commercial areas like Guomao. Even though the hotel is a bit dated, it's incredibly convenient for getting around, making it my top choice for business trips. The service attitude is also great.
The hotel is right next to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. I was really happy with the cleanliness, service, and overall environment. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!
This was my second stay, but this time the room was quite dim. The window opened up to an equipment platform, and all I could see outside were air conditioning units. I stayed for three days, and the minibar was never refilled. Plus, there was renovation noise from upstairs in the mornings. At over 600 RMB a night, the value for money is a bit low.
This is an older hotel, and even though it's a bit dated, many of the details are still very well-executed. For example, they have a sterilizing cabinet and a 'Tu Ye' (Lord Rabbit) decoration, which really showcases Chinese culture effectively.
Great location! You can drive right up to the entrance. The hotel's a bit dated, but the facilities are all there and it's super convenient for dining and getting around. Breakfast was really good too.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, a definite must-praise. Even a standard room is 50 square meters, which is incredibly rare in Beijing; the spaciousness made for a very comfortable stay. The service was exceptionally thoughtful, and I want to specifically commend Ella. Before I even arrived, she arranged for my pre-sent package to be delivered to my room, making the entire process effortless...
The concierge service at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful! Leah handled the check-in process efficiently, and the staff proactively helped with our luggage, introduced the hotel facilities, and patiently recommended local attractions and delicious food. Their attitude was gentle and enthusiastic, with attention to detail evident in everything they did. Our stay was fantastic!
This was my second stay at this hotel and it was great! Leah checked me in this time, and she was not only efficient but also proactively helped me get a quiet and comfortable room. The hotel is clean and tidy, the bedding is spotless, and the environment is refreshing. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the subway station. Overall, the experience...
A friend of mine stayed here before and said it was okay, so I didn't hesitate too much to book it. When I arrived, I found it was indeed pretty good. You can tell the rooms have seen better days, but they're not unbearable and didn't bother me. The soundproofing here is excellent, much better than other places I've stayed. Ella provided great service, but I wish there were better parking discounts
The room was spacious and bright, and the surrounding transportation was convenient, only a ten-minute walk from Metro Line 1 and Line 2. It was very easy to get to Wangfujing, Tiananmen, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum. If you want to watch the flag-raising ceremony in the morning, you can get to Tiananmen by shared bike in about ten minutes. The hotel service was excellent. After a long...
Miya at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive, very polite and efficient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and all in good working order. Plus, the location offers convenient transportation. It's excellent value for money, and my overall experience was very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

Fantastic hotel and value for money. Although the breakfast service was sometimes disappointing overall we loved our stay. The staff really tried to make it a pleasant experience and solved any issues quickly and professionally. I particularly loved the pool and whirlpool. Excellent location. Can easily highly recommend.
The room was generally clean and the bedding was comfortable. The heating was a bit too warm for us, coming from the south, which took some getting used to. Breakfast was plentiful and replenished quickly. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions, and the subway is just a few minutes away. The best part was being able to run to Tiananmen Square early in the morning to watch the flag-raising...
The amenities in this hotel are great, there is a lovely pool which was always quiet and there is also a hot tub and very good gym. The room itself was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is a short walk to the metro station or to the main railway station and it is also easy to arrange taxis to come to the hotel front door. We would stay here again.
The room facilities were a bit dated, but the location was excellent. There were a lot of foreign guests staying, so it's likely a partner hotel for international tour groups. Stepping out of the hotel and turning right, you'll find a beautiful pocket park. A bit further on is the Beijing City Wall Relics Park, which I recommend visiting if you have time. The hotel's ground floor has many restaurants...
The room is spacious, and the swimming pool and gym are available for free use.
The hotel's location is good, and while the facilities are a bit old, they're still acceptable. However, the hotel service was quite mediocre. The staff were slow to respond and inefficient. Although complimentary snacks and souvenirs aren't a big deal, they weren't provided in the room unless specifically requested. I stayed for 10 consecutive days, and the breakfast practically only had two options...

Absolutely loved this hotel! The surroundings are beautiful, and the room was incredibly spacious. The hotel staff provided amazing service – very attentive and thoughtful. Plus, the Western restaurant on the second floor serves delicious food!
Overall, it was a great experience! The butler service was attentive and timely, and they effectively resolved any issues. Breakfast was plentiful, though I didn't eat much as I'm currently on a diet. The lobby on the first floor had a nice display, perfect for passing the time while waiting for friends. Stayed for two days, and it was definitely good!
Excellent service and a superb location.
Facilities: Since it was redecorated in 2008, the room facilities are a bit old. The TV stand can no longer be rotated, but other facilities are fine. Hygiene: The hygiene level is good, and it's very clean. Service: The butler service is also great. You can call the butler to help deliver drinks to the room.
The St. Regis Beijing truly lives up to its reputation as a classic luxury brand. What impressed me most during this stay, beyond the hotel's quality itself, was the exceptionally thoughtful service. I have to give a special shout-out to the two butlers, William and Brandon! 👍 From the moment I checked in, I felt their incredible attentiveness. It was nice to stay there. We couldn’t use WiFi. We expected more options for breakfast but the rest was fine
Very clean and nice stay the location was great xiao li was very helpful at the front desk
The breakfast is variety and value for money. We check late night and received free upgrade to deluxe room without additional charges.
Overall, the property could not claim to be four or five stars. I had made some enquiries beforehand, but their landline was not available all day (I complained about the problem at check-in, but they just said the line was busy at some time, which was not realistically acceptable). They shouldn't be accepting cheap Chinese local tours, which resulted in such a mess at the morning buffet. There was...

The room was a bit old, but still acceptable, and it wasn't too crowded, so it was pretty quiet. It's conveniently located between two subway stations. Some of the twin rooms have bathtubs, while others don't. The shower head had no place to hang, which I recommend improving; you just have to hold it. The toiletries were pretty standard, nothing special; I'd suggest bringing your own shampoo and toothpaste...
I stayed at this hotel for a week in early November. I chose it primarily for its relatively close proximity to the city center (convenient by taxi or subway), and because I wanted to avoid the crowded areas around popular attractions – which can still be packed even in the off-season. That said, this hotel is perfect for those who seek tranquility, dislike tourist crowds, and want to experience Beijing...
This hotel is super clean and very close to Guomao, making it perfect for both business trips and family vacations. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the service is warm and friendly. Plus, there's a Luckin Coffee right there, which is super convenient! The accommodations are comfortable, cozy, and quiet.
Facilities: Well-equipped. Convenient transportation, close to the bus station, and not far from the Temple of Heaven by taxi. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Beautiful, with a convenience store downstairs. Service: Warm and friendly. The floor attendant even helped me with my luggage when I checked in. The price didn't increase much during the long holiday, so it's excellent value for money
I stayed here for a week at the beginning of November. I chose this hotel mainly because it’s relatively close to the city center (easy to reach by taxi or metro) and because I wanted to avoid the crowded areas near major tourist attractions — even in the low season there were still hundreds of people there. That said, this hotel is a very good choice for those who appreciate peace and quiet, fewer...
I've been to Beijing many times with my kids, but this was my first stay at the Broadcasting Tower Hotel. Although it's a bit of a walk to the subway station, it was a pleasant stroll in the beautiful Beijing autumn with ginkgo leaves scattered everywhere. The family room is very spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, which already makes it superior to many cramped hotels. The cleanliness...

Facilities: Good Ambiance: Cozy Service: Excellent service, they proactively help with luggage. LANE was very helpful during check-in and assisted with upgrading my room type. Many thanks! The omelet for breakfast is still delicious! Looking forward to staying again next time! 😄😄😄👍👍
Joe's service was professional and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were efficient and smooth, and he always had a genuine smile. He patiently answered questions and proactively introduced the hotel facilities, making guests feel truly respected. Beijing Fairmont is even better because of him. Highly recommended!
Joe provided warm and thoughtful service, making both check-in and check-out efficient and professional. He proactively introduced the hotel facilities, and his smile was always genuine. Fairmont Beijing is made warmer because of you. Thumbs up for such an excellent front desk agent!
Had a wonderful stay, truly comfortable. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed it. It was very quiet at night. Special thanks to the front desk staff for the room upgrade! I'll definitely be back.
The hotel exceeded my expectations overall. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, making it very easy to get around. It was a great experience overall, five stars!

The hotel's location is great, really close to the subway, so getting around is super easy and you're never far from anywhere. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it has everything you need. This is my second time staying here, and I'll definitely be back again.
Great location! It's right on the Second Ring Road but set back from the main street, offering a quiet escape while still being central. The subway station is just a short walk away, and Line 1 takes you directly to Tiananmen Square and Universal Studios, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk service was also very attentive.
The location is great, right next to Yong'anli subway station and very close to the hotel. The main entrance leads directly to a mall, so there's no shortage of food and drinks. I arrived early, intending to just drop off my luggage and go out, but the front desk allowed me to check in right away, which was fantastic! The room is quite spacious, and the facilities are pretty good. The only downside...
The hotel service was excellent. I had two consecutive bookings, one for a classic room, and the hotel proactively upgraded me to a business room, saving me the hassle of switching rooms midway. All the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. I was initially worried the decor might be dated, but it turned out to be quite nice. The location is superb, with convenient transportation; the Line...
The room facilities are complete, and the front desk staff are very helpful. It's convenient for getting around, with restaurants nearby and a subway station right outside! My child loved it.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. I picked it last minute without much research, but for its location, it's definitely a great value for money. Everyone from the front desk to the service staff was warm and friendly. The in-room amenities were top-notch, and you can really tell how much thought went into every detail. Highly recommend!

Facilities: Complete supporting facilities Sanitation: Excellent Environment: Beautiful Service: First-class, very strong service awareness
An outdated hotel, with old and defective furniture, smell of mold, walls that have mold around the corners.
Repeat stay. It's about the only hotel in Beijing that has it's own hot spring well. Get a room with a bathtub. Housekeeping do their best but the hardware is aged. WiFi in room is spotty especially in block 2
The location wasvery good. I was hoping and high wanted for Hot spring is so nice, but it seems like very bad, and dirty, uncomfortable. I don't like that. However the room was cleanable and comfortable. I was in Superior double bed room. Finally, receptionist called the taxi for us she was tell about our location with wrong. So we payed so many money for the taxi.
Room stated there was a private hot spring but none to be found, reception states there is a public bath and private bath requires payment. Facility is old and hairdryer is built in
The facility is a bit old already.

The slippers were really poor quality, even had hair on them. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4-star hotel; more like a budget motel. Very disappointing. Even the elevator buttons were crooked. For over 800 a night, this level of quality is unacceptable. I won't be staying here again.
The room was very comfortable and conveniently located near Guomao, making it easy to get to Guomao Mall. The front desk staff were all very nice, and the sofa bed was really practical.
The hotel environment is quite good, though it's a bit far from Guomao subway station. The vacant lot opposite isn't under construction, so it's very quiet at night. Recommended.
Not bad at all! The location is fantastic, and the hotel is quite clean. The Häagen-Dazs downstairs was a real treat – I had several! My clients really enjoyed it. Overall, a good experience.
Very beautiful hotel and very good location! I recommend everyone this hotel🤗 Robot-Robert is the best😂😍
The three housekeepers, Lynne, Rosy, and Nannan, were absolutely wonderful. They were very thoughtful and provided excellent service!
