My business trip stay at the Hiyatt Hotel Beijing Xinjiekou was an absolutely fantastic experience! The smart room control in the twin room was incredibly convenient to operate, and the zero-pressure mattress was exceptionally comfortable. The mini-fridge was also very practical. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless. The environment was quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for business work. The staff were warm and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. All the facilities were brand new. This stay completely exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing!

This hotel was very nice on the inside. The room was a little small but good for the price. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty. There was a lot of construction going on outside of the hotel. The hallways are pretty noisy at night.

Already write a review, so I only say the attitude of the manager and front desk was very negative when we were complaining about the road constructions in front of out hotel. They didn’t even try to compensate anyhow and to make as feel cared. Very disappointed of this.
