Very Helpful staff. Very good sized rooms. Unfortunately most of the entrance gates to the hotel were closed so it was slightly harder than expected to find the premises. The carpets were a little old also and the room has thel distinct smell of cigarettes

Every time I come to Kyoto, I book this hotel. It's quite convenient for transportation, as I can take the subway right downstairs. The hotel's hygiene is also pretty good, but now there are no more parking vouchers!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the Mei Lanfang Grand Theater and a stone's throw from Chegongzhuang subway station, making transport incredibly convenient. The hotel decor is light luxury style, and the color scheme and materials are all very comfortable.

I like this hotel It’s small yah, means not crowded with tourists. The staff is so professional and they do their best to help. The morning supervisor is a nice English speaker lady. The room is great and the shower is nice too. The one actually not like that much is the breakfast.
