We were exhausted with the 12 hours flight thing and I couldn't make me understand very well in Chinese or English in my state, but they managed everything very nicely and professionally

I've been in Beijing before and I know how difficult is to find the right hotel in terms of quality-price, and Sofu is the best you can find

The room was decent, quite spacious, bright, and clean. The only issue was the noisy air conditioning unit, but with earplugs, I was still able to sleep. If it gets fixed, I'd consider coming back next time

Zhongguan Xinyuan is the most conveniently located hotel near the East Gate of Peking University. It's just a five-minute walk to the Peking University East Gate subway station, making it easy to get anywhere

Hotel service and amenities are fantastic, it is spacious with a bath tub. While it is close to metro station, it is a 500m walk and didi is a preferred option especially for those carrying heavy luggage.

The heating in Peking University's hotels is always very strong; you almost have to open a window to keep from getting too warm

The window faces a sports field by the Institute of Chemistry, and there are (many) children playing there during the day
