Dad's Sugar Sheep Playground family pass: Not very useful.
Overall it was okay, and I'd like to commend the young man at the entrance for his excellent service. He was very helpful with pick-ups, drop-offs, and luggage. My only complaint is that they don't deliver takeout to the room; guests have to come down to pick it up themselves, regardless of how urgent or convenient it is for them! When I called customer service, they said they couldn't help with delivery! This is worse than a 300-yuan chain hotel in a third-tier city, isn't it? I won't be prioritizing this place for my next stay.
