I rarely write reviews, but I'm really impressed with this Hualuxe hotel that I booked blindly. First off, the facilities were perfect for my child, with a pool and a bathtub, and everything was very clean

The air conditioning unit was quite loud, which disturbed my sleep a bit, and the heating wasn't very effective. I could also faintly hear noise from the adjacent room and the hallway, but it wasn't too disruptive

The front desk kindly stored my luggage for free, and Alina helped me with a late check-out. Room service was also very prompt; I requested a toothbrush and it arrived quickly. I'm very satisfied with my stay

Facilities: Since it was redecorated in 2008, the room facilities are a bit old. The TV stand can no longer be rotated, but other facilities are fine. Hygiene: The hygiene level is good, and it's very clean

Very near the Metro and Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. About 25 mins walk to Jingshan Park too. From the Forbidden City, you can exit from east gate to Wangfujing street. Concierge person (John) was very helpful

He helped us make reservation for the famous Beijing roast duck so don’t have to queue at all. He also helped us arrange transport to the Mutianyu Great Wall and made a few stops on the way back
