The service was very thoughtful. Although they couldn't upgrade our room, they still sent a bottle of red wine for our anniversary

The facilities are a bit dated though; the power outlets in the room seem to be very old, as most of them are loose when you plug something in, which needs improvement. The 1 PM checkout time is a bit early
