View from the room was great too!
Since we were traveling with children, the staff kindly gave them gifts and treated us with great care. Even though we had not requested it, they prepared fruits and cookies in the room, which showed a very thoughtful attention to detail.
By coincidence, both our check-in and check-out were handled by a staff member named Nora Chen. She assisted us promptly and professionally, always with a bright smile that made the experience even more pleasant.
If I visit Shenzhen again in the future, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much.
We also can put luggage at their store room security. And can take it back before heading to airport. Will come again and stay here
