Booked a two-bedroom deluxe, and the room was incredibly spacious! On ***** New Year's Eve, I ordered dumplings and asked the staff to put them in the fridge for me beforehand. The room was super convenient, with two bathrooms so we could shower simultaneously, plus a washer and dryer – perfect for washing all our clothes after several days of fun. The kitchen facilities were incredibly comprehensive. We arrived around 6 PM on New Year's Eve, asking for this and that, and the hotel staff were exceptionally patient and quick to deliver. Water was also replenished daily. The most crucial point: parking is FREE!!!! The location is superb, right near Coco Park. We'd eat dinner, come back for a nap, and then continue exploring in the afternoon. Highly recommend; I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was spacious and bright, and the hotel's location right on a commercial street made it incredibly convenient for going out, taking the subway, or catching a train. The new hardware facilities were all top-notch, really enhancing the guest experience. My child sitting by the bed reading a book painted such a beautiful picture...

This is by far the worst hotel from the Somerset and Ascott brands. On the first night, after lathering up with shower gel, the hot water suddenly cut out. When I called the front desk, the person said it might be a water pump issue. The engineering manager came up, ran the water, and then claimed it wasn't a water pump problem, asking if the hot water had suddenly reappeared after disappearing. I asked him if he already knew about this, then it clearly wasn't the first time. Moreover, I was covered in shower gel; why didn't they immediately move me to another room, or at least open one so I could rinse off? Why can't this brand handle emergencies? Also, the bed sheets had dust mites, so you'd need to bring your own disposable sheets. On the second night, the lobby manager moved us to a one-bedroom on the 12th floor. That night, my wife slipped and fell in the bathroom... Speechless. As a result, I, who was supposed to stay until the 18th, checked out immediately!

We travel as family with 7 person. Hotel very clean. Front desk can speak english very good.

Room is exactly as pictured. We stayed during the New Year Eve so we managed to see fireworks and a bit of lightshow from the balcony of the room. Location wise, hotel is pretty good. A lot of eateries right below the hotel and about 10 minutes walk to Cocopark mall and metro. Hotel comes with children playroom on 6th floor. Very cosy and sufficient for the little one. Breakfast space was pretty small but we (group of 6) never had trouble finding seats. Food variety was comprehensive too.

The location is good but not easy to find. The room comes with washer dryer which makes it our choice. Breakfast which is included is good limited selection.
