Everything was very smooth. We've got complimentary late check out at 3pm!
The location is very quite, about 10 minutes by taxi to Coco Park.
Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Staff were also very helpful and kind. Nice gym, pool was very cold as the sun is blocked by the building ( though I guess its well shaded)
Very close ride to Link City mall
The check-in experience could be improved slightly. There weren't many staff members at the reception when we checked in during the afternoon, so we had to wait quite a while, but their service and responsiveness to complaints were excellent.
While the room wasn't brand new (understandable given its age), it was clean, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job.
The food at the hotel was great.I really appreciated the great hospitality at the breakfast buffet restaurant, Taste!
