Upscale Hotel with great value for money! Location is also great within the Futian district. Receptionist 'Jossce' was one of the few staff members speaking great English and was very attentive and kind! Thank you Wyndham.

Huge thanks to the hotel for a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and cozy, with a fantastic view. The hotel's location is excellent, with incredibly convenient transport links; the subway station is right outside, and there's an underground parking garage, making both getting around and parking stress-free. The staff provided attentive service, especially Yoyo. I thoroughly enjoyed this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, being super close to Gangxia Metro Station. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The staff are proactive and enthusiastic. Yoyo was also very attentive to guests, and the overall stay experience was great. I'll definitely consider staying here again if I get the chance.

The breakfast was superb, with a great variety of Chinese and Western options, including Chaoshan-style congee. The hotel service was excellent, and the pool stayed open until 11:30 PM. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Highly recommend!

Facilities: Overall, they're pretty good. I booked a suite this time, and the room was spacious with a nice view of the Ping An Finance Centre.
Hygiene: Generally good. The cleaning staff did a very thorough job.
Environment: The revolving door was under maintenance when I first checked in, which made getting in and out a bit inconvenient.
Service: Since this was a family trip with a child, I specifically requested a baby bed rail in the booking notes before our arrival. At other Wyndham locations, they've usually confirmed this beforehand and had it all set up by check-in. This time, I was told there wasn't one available when I checked in, and I really hoped they would have prepared it in advance. However, the lobby manager did help us resolve the issue in the end, and their attitude was excellent, which is definitely commendable.

I booked several rooms this time and was very satisfied overall. The hotel arranged for all the rooms to be on the same floor, which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and tidy, spacious, and well-equipped with complete facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff member, Yoyo, provided thoughtful service. Highly recommended.

This hotel is super conveniently located, right next to the subway exit, and surrounded by many shopping areas, making shopping a breeze. The room was spotless and well-equipped. Freya's service was exceptional – so friendly and polite. The pool and gym were also really good. Choosing this place was definitely the right decision!
