The hotel is very close to the subway, about 600 meters away, making transportation convenient. There are various snacks nearby. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic, and the service and hygiene are good. It's also close to my workplace, highly recommended!

I was really impressed with the hotel's facilities and overall environment! The room design was modern and minimalist, with plenty of natural light and an expansive view. Some room types even offer city views, which is a nice touch. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, and the toiletries were high-quality. The water pressure was consistently good, and the temperature was just right. The whole atmosphere was elegant and pleasant, making for a very comfortable stay.

The facilities in the room on the 9th floor didn't look renovated at all. Could they replace the chair? It was moldy and black. When the shower in the bathroom produced hot water, there was an indescribable smell – was it the hot water itself?

Alright, after staying at both Vienna 3 Best Hotel and this one within two weeks, I know to avoid this brand for future business trips to Shenzhen.

The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the lobby design is stylish. The room offers expansive views and excellent soundproofing, ensuring no noise disturbance late at night. The breakfast features a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, with fresh and delicious ingredients, including local specialty snacks. The facilities are complete and well-maintained; overall, it exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended! Dining downstairs is convenient, and the hotel also arranged airport transfer service, which is a big plus.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right downstairs next to shopping centers and great food. They're also very thoughtful, offering airport pick-up and drop-off services. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The hotel is lively downstairs with plenty of food stalls, and its location is very convenient, being close to the subway station. The hotel service is also very good. Overall, it's quite decent. The soundproofing of the windows might be a bit lacking, but it wasn't very noisy at night. The airport transfer service was also excellent! 👍
