Our 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Before arrival, a butler contacted us via WeChat to inquire about our estimated arrival time, ensuring a smooth check-in process without long waits. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. It also had a separate luggage room and a bathroom with a dry/wet partition. Breakfast was decent and met our expectations. The best part is the access to the InterContinental Hotel's beach, avoiding the crowds of public beaches, making it excellent value for money. It's especially suitable and highly recommended for families traveling with seniors and children.

The hotel's location is great, and it has both indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool even has bubble parties, which are fantastic for kids. The indoor pool is a decent size too. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the InterContinental beach. However, during holidays, a shuttle every half hour feels a bit infrequent. It would be better if they increased the frequency, perhaps having a large shuttle every half hour and a smaller one running continuously.

Great for families, not crowded, and very comfortable. The service was prompt, and it's beautiful when the weather is good. Our butler, Puff, was excellent! The breakfast was more Western-style, and the bread was really good!

We stayed here during the May Day holiday, and the hotel's shuttle bus got us to the InterContinental beach in just a few minutes, which saved us from the crowded public beach at Dameisha. That alone was well worth it! The hotel has a great variety of activities for kids, plus a heated pool, which my little one absolutely loved. Oh, and the roasted pigeon at the Chinese restaurant was delicious!

Hygiene: Excellent, very clean and tidy.

Environment: Close to Dameisha Park, just a 5-minute walk.

Facilities: There's a shuttle bus to the InterContinental Hotel's beach.

Our butler also upgraded us to a high-floor sea view room for free, which offered even better views! We'll definitely come again.

Coming to Dameisha to avoid the crowds, staying at Kingkey Bay was an incredibly wise choice. I'll definitely be back next time!

Facilities: It boasts a private beach, indoor and outdoor pools, and a variety of entertainment facilities including restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet offers a rich selection, with both Chinese and Western options.

Service: The butler service was superb, very thoughtful and attentive – a big thumbs up! 👍

Environment: The beach requires a shuttle bus that runs every half hour. Personally, I found it more convenient to walk back to the hotel from the beach by cutting through the InterContinental lobby directly. It's only a five-minute walk.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The kids absolutely loved this hotel, especially the private beach which was clean and uncrowded. There's also a children's pool and play facilities within the hotel. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful, highly recommend! I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to all my friends and family. The hotel's buffet was a bit average, but everything else was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and provided great service.
