Hotels near Park Gory Tyanlan in Shenzhen

I have a good stay at this hotel. Check in is smooth and counter staff Anna and Bella are friendly.

The room amenities were good, but the hotel staff's attitude was quite poor. The cleaning staff walked straight into the room with their key card without knocking. The customer service also handled things rather poorly.

Very clean and comfortable room. Diverse choices and high quality of breakfast menu. Special appreciation to Ms. Zoe (Front Desk) who was pleasant to talk with, very helpful and professional.

The room decor was lovely and new, and it was very clean. The breakfast was also excellent, with many freshly made local specialties. It's a shame the coffee at breakfast wasn't great; it was a bit weak. Other facilities like the gym and pool were also well-equipped.

Extremely satisfied! Great location, friendly staff, and the hotel is spacious and very clean.

My stay in the Deluxe King Room at the Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan Bolin Tianrui was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations! The room was spotless, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The hotel's ambiance was elegant and upscale, with a stylish lobby. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for a wonderfully quiet night's rest. The service throughout was professional and...

A pleasant stay here; the breakfast was delicious and the service was warm.

Hotel in Shenzhen (Nanshan area). Great and close to the metro station.

Room is just ok. But for some guess it served as a smoking lounge((( the location is good just near Subway station. Breakfast in Chinese style. no one of the staff speaks English, but they use online translation)

Great location, great rooms and restaurant. Also has a nice connecting mall on the 3rd floor.

It was a pleasure to visit Genpla hotel for holidays! the location is very good, swimming pool outside is great, also there is a shopping centre nearby which is very convenient. Special thanks to Terry, he was always in the contact and helped a lot! We will be glad to visit Genpla Hotel in the future again.

Amazing service by the hotel, especially Terry who has been very accommodating throughout our stay! Our rooms were clean and the dinner buffet was great, too. We had a lovely time here and will be definitely be back when we’re around the area. A thank you to Ivy the receptionist as well for being patient with us during our check-in process.

Very nice, very close to Shenzhen university town. Room is big and spacious.

The front desk guy was very good and welcoming. The room was well-equipped. It's close to the zoo and the hotel is near the university town, making travel very convenient.

Good value. Very friendly staff

[Excellent stay experience] The environment is elegant and the service is warm and thoughtful! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are smart and convenient. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and every detail is attentive. The location is excellent, and it is very convenient for travel and shopping. The front desk provides travel tips attentively, and the warmth of home is perfect...

Staffs were helpful and they were kind enough to offer a free breakfast

The room is comfortable, clean, tidy and comfortable. I slept well. I have lived here for almost two years. There are also many restaurants and delicious food around.

It was my first time in China and this Hotel was excellent, I enjoyed it, I would recommend it

the only way i could ever be able is to get my own car to work for a month or so before the pandemic hit so that my parents can have the money

If you're tired of the city's hustle and bustle and are looking for a peaceful sanctuary, this hotel is a great choice. The room decor is excellent, and the stay experience was fantastic.

Extremely convenient for both business trips and leisure vacations, this hotel is cleverly located. It's close to a bustling commercial area yet tucked away in a quiet spot, and just a few minutes' walk from popular Instagrammable spots.

From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the high quality and professional service. The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are super comfortable, and the facilities are all-encompassing. Every aspect, from check-in to check-out, was handled perfectly. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous.

I really love the decor of this hotel, and the breakfast is also very rich and delicious. I highly recommend staying here. The front desk service is excellent and very welcoming, which I really appreciate. I often stay here, and it's always superb. I'll definitely be back next time.

It's clean! The breakfast is delicious, too, and above all, the location is very good!

A great location for Shenzhen University. The room is quite nice and if it's facing away from the main street, it's very quiet. Also, you get to see and hear how the elementary school is in the morning (around 7–8am). The problem is the piping for the sink in the bathroom. They have not properly installed it to prevent the smell. I stayed in two rooms and both of them were quite challenging for using...

No in house resturant for breakfast etc.

Receptionist very helpful. I cannot forget the warm help from them even just for a transit from osaka to kuala lumpur. Highly recommended. Terima kasih, 谢谢 , konichiwa, thank you..
