Great location. Room is good too!
At first I didn't expect much from the hotel. But it was good in terms of room, comfort & service. Oh when you on the shower tap they will play music automatically to give you chill. I booked with another agent for 5 nights and I extended 1 night more. The receptionists are very attentive, warm and helpful. My luggage was broken and they assisted me in opening it & helping me to purchase a new unit...

Great service and very convenient location, close to the metro station. However, the facilities are a bit old and the hygiene could be better.
The location is fantastic! As soon as you exit Bantian Station on Line 5, you can't miss the Lavande Hotel sign on the tall building. Diagonally opposite is the Vanke Bantian Shopping Mall, which is covered in greenery (pictured in photo 1). Crucially, there's also a small commercial area downstairs, with Mixue Bingcheng, a bakery, and several breakfast spots. This morning, I even picked up a Luckin...
Good location overall, Nice staff, and a nice hotel to stay at. I will come here again to stay.

This is a small room and old hotel. Bed is clean and tidy . For one night ok location in the Foodtown and 5min metro
