Holiday Inn express is a different type of hotel from your regular holiday inn. They're geared more for businessmen and travelers who do not need a lot of amenities / facilities. Located at North Station in Shenzhen, the rooms here are comfortable and priced competitively.

Stayed here for a business trip, and it felt just right. The location wasn't too far from where I needed to be, and getting a taxi was easy. The room had a desk and chair, which made working pretty convenient, and the internet was stable enough for emails and online meetings. The bed was comfortable, so after a shower, I could get some good rest.

Stayed in Shenzhen for three days and this hotel was great. Good location, decent rooms, and I've already recommended it to my friends.

I came here mainly to relax, and my stay was quite pleasant. The air conditioning in the room was stable, not fluctuating between hot and cold, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a decent stay here.

Staying here for a business trip with a car was very convenient. They have free parking with plenty of spaces. It's also not far from where I needed to go, so it was a good value for money.

Check-out was super quick, and they even offer free luggage storage, which was a huge relief for exploring without bags and picking them up later.

This kind of room configuration is 70-80 square meters at most. The tables and stools are full of dirt. The whole room is dirty and messy. There are stains and marks on the quilt that have not been washed. I dare not take off my clothes to sleep at night. The room is next to the road, but the windows are single-layered and not soundproof at all. We also encountered an elevator failure. The most speechless...

The room is very ordinary and the equipment is very simple. It's okay for a quick break

The room is a bit small, but the price is very reasonable. Will come back next time.

The noise from the air conditioner's outdoor unit kept me awake all night. The intermittent buzzing was unbearable. Around 3 a.m., I finally had no choice but to complain to the staff. They simply gave me a pair of earplugs and that was it.

The stay was very comfortable and the environment was good. The front desk service was very considerate and helped with laundry. The room was spacious and bright, hygienic and clean. The elder sister was also very enthusiastic. The location was good and the transportation was convenient.

It’s too late to return to Guangzhou after watching the concert in Hong Kong, so I plan to stay in Shenzhen for one night. The room is very new and clean, and the facilities are complete. The food delivery is also done by robots. The windows are also very soundproof. It is very quiet when closed.
