Firstly, there were very few ground parking spaces, and the underground parking lot was about a kilometer away from the hotel, requiring a walk of several hundred meters back. I had parked my car in a designated spot downstairs and gone up to rest. Around 2 AM, I was notified that a parking space had opened up and I needed to move my car. I had already left my keys at the front desk and mentioned that staff could help move it. The front desk staff even said their boss could drive any car and would help park it. The way this was handled in the end was quite unpleasant.
Secondly, the room rate structure wasn't explained beforehand. During my stay, the bed sheets accidentally got a small blood stain. Subsequently, the hotel called and even contacted me through the platform, demanding a 50 yuan cleaning fee. This experience was quite poor, and I hope the hotel can improve on this in the future.
