Amazing facilities ,staff attitudes pretty well-being , the room was very clean and well organised . definitely recommend travellers and tourist here to visit besides they’re pretty close to the one of the famous tourist places in Shenzhen .

Wonderful hotel stay. Super comfy and clean, too! Very friendly hotel staff. Thumbs up for all the hotel staff. Hotel amenities look quite new. Rooms with intelligent features. Laundry can be done at the laundry room free of charge.

Very convenient. Strategic location, with family mart and lots of restaurants and eatery nearby. Local fruits stall are within walking distance too! We walk over to old street which is not far away too.

The room condition is super great and we all had a great rest after tiring day. Very satisfied stay indeed!

Very nice and helpful staff, with good fitness equipment and weights available. The view is beautiful, and there are some very nice restaurants nearby. You can enjoy either the lively city scene at the front side or the impressive skyscraper skyline at the back side. The only downside was that the smart equipment in the room did not understand English, but the staff was very willing to assist.

Xiao Huang's service attitude is very good. It can be said that I came back to Zhouman Hotel just to see Xiao Huang. The hotel environment is very good. Our family sleeps in this bed and feels very big.

New, very clean!, great breakfast. Friendly staff. Definitely a great spot to return to.

First, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and did not look old.

However, there were some negative aspects. The room did not have a refrigerator; it had been removed even though there was space for one. The air conditioning did not work, but we only realized this issue in the morning since we arrived very late and just wanted to sleep.

The breakfast was very poor—there was no coffee machine, and when we asked about bacon, they didn’t have any. The variety was so limited that this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. Additionally, the pictures on the Trip.com homepage do not show the actual hotel building. Sorry, but we will never stay here again.

Overall all a good stay but unfortunately I wasted time because of the bad internet connection. So not able to plan my itenary. .

Everything was alright, the room was clean. we faced an issue with the cleaning crew, as we indicated DND for the monitor, but they came in and cleaned the room while we were away. Nothing was missing and the reception lady apologized!
