When I booked the hotel, I have already stated that the Guest Room must be in Block A.
But when I checked into the hotel, the receptionist wanted to provide me with a Room in Block B. I have to warned her that I stated and requested for a Room in Block A. Finally she changed it back to Block A.
The staff in this hotel are totally English illiterate and they did not put their hearts into their work.
For many times, I have complained that this hotel did not provide Face Flannel for the guest to wash their face with, till now they still did not improve their service.
The room was with sufficient amenities, but on the floor there were some dust and dirt left from the last guest.
There was a lack of shower gel, after I contacted the cleaning lady, she refilled it.
The receptionist is very helpful.
For a Solo Traveller, I highly recommend this hotel.
