Breakfast is ok with different options when it hits weekend.

Only my single breakfast I need to change table 3 times as there is no guidance by staffs to other guest in which table is available or not. Changing 3 tables is not what I expected by such a high standard hotel.
Also, a male catering staff named Jan on the 27th floor where I had breakfast in caught my eye. He’s hard working as I observed and one moment in particular that caught me was he was brave and polite talking English to foreign guests.
He’s English was not perfect but he wasn’t afraid which I am surprised because he’s English is better than some of the front desk staffs.
I would like to see more training to this particularly individual and would love to see him in another job role in future on my next visits. He is someone you need to make the hotel great. He’s attitude and passion and braveness is top!
Overall this hotel exceeds expectations for its price budget which is very affordable.
The housekeeper Monica also did a great job with the daily room make up and even left a cute note in the room.
