Extremely satisfied! It's very close to the subway station, making shopping super convenient. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, beyond words! There's elevator control for security, everything is clean, and the soundproofing is excellent too!

Coming from Hong Kong, I booked this hotel online. The lobby is quite high up on the 23rd floor, and my room was on the 27th. The receptionist, Beta, was very enthusiastic and provided me with all the hotel information. Due to my itinerary, the hotel even allowed a late check-out, which made my trip much less stressful. The hotel's location is excellent. When checking in, Xiaoteng, a guest service agent, helped me get a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room with a great view. The high floor offered fantastic scenery. They also provided free late-night snacks. During checkout, Xiaoteng also assisted with a late checkout. Not bad at all.

Definitely worth staying! Manager Du is very kind and the service, especially from Yu, was excellent 👍. They even helped us get a room with a bathtub, which was super reliable and satisfying. The Grand Skylight Hotel in Shenzhen is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk from Huaqiang Station on Metro Line 1. The mall next door has a wide variety of restaurants, so you can find anything you're craving. The front desk staff were very attentive and gave a thorough explanation of everything. The room was clean, and I'll definitely be back.

I had a business trip to Shenzhen, and this hotel is located in the best location, Huangqian. The hotel is close to the metro, has a pool on the 4th floor, which is great for relaxing, and also has a gym. As a gift, they offered a fresh fruit platter, which I really loved.

Pretty good! The decor is very unique, with a retro style that gives off an old Shanghai vibe. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, so getting around is convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

I booked two rooms and carefully reviewed the photos before making my selection. Upon arrival, one room matched the description and images, but the room assigned to me did not even have a desk or workspace and was smaller than what was shown on the platform. I requested a room change, but the staff informed me that the room I booked does not include a desk.

In the first room was a strong smell of smoke. We asked to change the room and they gave us a room with air purifier. View was good. Location is amazing. Room is not exactly dirty - but the curtains were dusty. In general - I would come back again.

The lobby has a great ambiance, and the room was very tidy and clean. The bathtub was super comfortable, and Josh and Sandy were really warm and patient.

Front desk staff Sandy and Joey provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service. There are even little birds in the lobby, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

What can I say about this five stars hotel , must try their local dimsum, their rooms are huge, and what I got to say it’s the personal experience interacting with the hotel staff Josh and Sandy. The customer service was excellent and room was clean and tidy. Anything I asked, the staff are all very accommodating and assist me immediately. They even offer me a different room to rest before my actual room was ready, because I arrived at 8am after a long flight. Mr. 叫川宇 and all the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Do noted that there is another Atour with the similar road name. The hotel rooms are relatively new and we are very pleasure with the breakfast that is better than some of the 5 stars Hotels that we stayed in China.

it was price worthy for business man. good location to convention center, quite close to electronics markets, also good for shopping to Laojie street. just two station distance. room was small and smoking room for non smoker, but because of early check in of mine with no pre request... so I think it is good.

Pretty decent hotel near the electronics market. Staff were enthusiastic and super helpful. Room’s kinda dated but clean enough. No fridge unfortunately, but room equipped with kettle. You have to pay 10 rmb for the washer and 10 rmb for 30 minutes of drying (you can pay more for more time. You pay through your phone). The dryer works well, though. Good to stay at the heart of the city. The huaquingbei market is very close from here. The hotel decoration and services are also good. Every room equips a gaming PC and headphones. Stayed for business trip. For the price offered, it is considered better than average. Close to MRT station and 24 hrs counter. Though the washroom could smell “old” but the shampoo is provided, no toothpaste or toothbrush though. Complete with bath towel and hand towel too. PS: If your sole purpose is Seg Market, it is just right opposite !

Hotel is nice and at good location, very close to the markets. Cleanliness is ok. The only issue is the beds. They are rock hard. Hard enough to give you sleepless night. Bathroom walls are made of see through glass. So if you are traveling in group, that could be an issue. Front desk staff speak some English, other staff don’t. Wifi is ok.
