Coming from Hong Kong, I booked this hotel online. The lobby is quite high up on the 23rd floor, and my room was on the 27th. The receptionist, Beta, was very enthusiastic and provided me with all the hotel information. Due to my itinerary, the hotel even allowed a late check-out, which made my trip much less stressful. The hotel's location is excellent. When checking in, Xiaoteng, a guest service agent, helped me get a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room with a great view. The high floor offered fantastic scenery. They also provided free late-night snacks. During checkout, Xiaoteng also assisted with a late checkout. Not bad at all.

An older hotel, but it's decent and gets the job done. The main draw is that it's not expensive. It's located right off Shennan Avenue, in a busy downtown area, so transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants, shops, and other amenities nearby. Parking is a real hassle though, very difficult to find a spot as spaces are limited.

The customer service was excellent and room was clean and tidy. Anything I asked, the staff are all very accommodating and assist me immediately. They even offer me a different room to rest before my actual room was ready, because I arrived at 8am after a long flight. Mr. 叫川宇 and all the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Do noted that there is another Atour with the similar road name. The hotel rooms are relatively new and we are very pleasure with the breakfast that is better than some of the 5 stars Hotels that we stayed in China.

it was price worthy for business man. good location to convention center, quite close to electronics markets, also good for shopping to Laojie street. just two station distance. room was small and smoking room for non smoker, but because of early check in of mine with no pre request... so I think it is good.

Our first little adventure was grabbing a Didi to the hotel-turns out the map pointed to the back entrance, which totally threw the driver off! Then came the noise situation: next door, a family with kids who seemed to have endless energy (and lungs!), plus cleaning staff who weren’t exactly light on their feet, and doors that loved to slam. I’d specifically asked for a quiet room when booking, but...

We had a pleasant stay. The room was same as shown in the pictures. Little noisy as situated in the middle of city. Situated near subway station and very easy to locate. Many local food and groceries shops around. Will book again.
