The room amenities were good, but the hotel staff's attitude was quite poor. The cleaning staff walked straight into the room with their key card without knocking. The customer service also handled things rather poorly.

Other facilities like the gym and pool were also well-equipped

The service, hygiene, and facilities at Four Seasons are all good. There are many restaurant options nearby. On weekend nights, the KTVs in the vicinity can be quite loud and go on past midnight

While it's comparable to the Four Seasons Shenzhen in terms of location and facilities, I still prefer the Shenzhen property; it just feels so comfortable and natural

Due to a flight delay, I didn't arrive at the hotel until 4 AM. I only managed to get a few hours of sleep, woke up around 10 AM, ordered some takeout, and then headed straight to Hong Kong
