I liked the location. The staff spoke no English, however, I was assisted promptly. The room is big, and I enjoyed the bath tub. The hotel can do better in offering some sugar for the tea, coffee and some teaspoons. That was inconvenient. The Ayi is amazing, she smiled, spoke to us, laughed. I liked her.

When you come to Suzhou to travel and live in Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel, enter the lobby, the front desk will carefully prepare a travel route map for you, and the route where to go is clearly written. I was really surprised when I entered the room. The room is really big next to the scenic spot, and it is very spacious and clean. It is very comfortable, especially the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. The toiletries are made of Herborist mineral water , I use Master Kong’s, all of which are brands! Living in this store is really not too comfortable. It is 500 meters away from Xiyuan Temple, and along the road from Fengqiao Road to the end is Hanshan Temple. It is very suitable for morning jogging! Going to the Lingering Garden is also super convenient, only 900 meters away, hahahahahaha, I feel like I live in a garden, I will definitely live here next time I come to Suzhou!

The bathroom door suddenly dropped a nail, and I was afraid that the door would fall. This leak happens every time I take a shower. That's pretty darn careful.
This store manager has really lowered the hotel's grades, with a terrible attitude, the female front desk is not good, the room is leaking, and I called at 17:50 to ask us to come back and change the room, because the cleaning lady has to get off work at 18:00, for a pleasant trip later , we took a taxi back to change rooms, the front desk called again and said that we don't need to come back, it was fixed. Just play with us and feel like you're dealing with a problem.
This hotel was really ruined by the store manager and the female front desk
Guest
The location is superior and the transportation is convenient. There are various attractions nearby. The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The service of the front desk staff is very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, there are many varieties, and there is also a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient. Personally, I think it is cost-effective
