Always wanted to stay here . Excellent lil place. Great cafe downstairs and art space. really enjoyed my stay here, kids enjoyed the place and nearby streets. Very Artsy and makes u feel relaxed and will def visit again.

The moment you open the wooden door, the mossy stone steps and white walls and black tiles outline the old Jiangnan style. In the space transformed from an old house in the Republic of China, the original wooden bookshelves and modern furniture collide to create a unique temperament. The terrace overlooks the outline of the black tiles of Pingjiang Road. You can make tea and listen to the rain in the morning and enjoy the quietness alone at night. The owner's handmade scented candles and carefully selected Jiangnan tea utensils are full of consideration for travelers. If you want to experience the slow life of Suzhou, which is "hidden in the city", this is a more touching choice than a hotel.

Room was fine, but the air conditioner will off by itself and won’t on back! It’s a very artsy hotel, with a cafe at the lobby. Quite far from subway station, about 15 minutes walking distance.

The room is clean and bright, and it is quite comfortable. There are paintings hanging everywhere in the space, which has a sense of atmosphere and art. Friends, don't worry! The price-performance ratio is really high, and the transportation is very convenient. You can come and experience it!

I booked this B&B nearby while I was eating at Shiquan Street. It has artistic features. The room was very clean. I like the blue and white tones. It looks very comfortable. The bedding is also very comfortable. I am very satisfied with the experience. Recommend! Recommend!

This boutique hotel is unique in many ways. The entire first floor is composed of a reception, real small coffee shop with real barista level equipment, and a huge art gallery/studio. As you head up the super wide stair case you realize that this is an older building with super high ceilings as well. There is art everywhere, giving the hotel added personality. Rooms are perfectly clean, beds comfortable, and for a neighborhood as popular as this, there was absolutely no noise with windows shut. The staff were welcoming, and I had a chance to meet the owner, also an artist in residence! He welcomed a conversation about his art and gave me a mini tour, even showed me his latest complete work which he had finished several minutes before I was introduced. I bought some small, artistic gift items from his mini store and resolved to make this the hotel I would stay at most frequently in Suzhou. For those of you who don't know this area, it is an older section of Suzhou with beautiful canals and many, coffee shops, bars, popular/quality restaurants.
