FX Hotel GuanQian in Suzhou

The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was soft, and the cleanliness was excellent. The surrounding area was quiet yet convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and friendly, making us feel right at home. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was great. All in all, this stay exceeded my expectations, offering great value for money, and I highly recommend it!

I really like the simple and modern decor style of Orange Crystal, and the hygiene is excellent. The front desk staff upgraded my room, which was spacious and had good soundproofing. The west-facing room wasn't facing the street, so it was super quiet. I had a very comfortable two-night stay.

Location: The hotel is right outside Exit 6 of Leqiao Station, which serves Metro Lines 1 and 4. It's incredibly convenient to get to Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator's Garden, Pingjiang Road, Tiger Hill Scenic Area, Panmen Scenic Area, and Shantang Street. In the old part of the city, I'd definitely recommend staying at a hotel near the subway, as taxis can get stuck in traffic, which is a real headache.

Service: Responses were quick. I requested a charging cable and an air purifier, and the lovely staff brought them over very promptly. The cleaning staff were always smiling and kept the rooms spotless.

Environment: The hotel is very new, with complete facilities. Check-in and check-out were both very fast.

This hotel was a real surprise, far exceeding my expectations! The room had a fantastic, modern design with a high-tech feel, and it was incredibly clean and well-soundproofed. Ordering food delivery was super convenient too – you just wait in your room for a robot to bring it up, which was a really cool experience.

The room itself was also very comfortable. This was my first time in China, and among all the hotels I stayed at in Suzhou and Shanghai, this one was definitely the best. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the pedestrian street and very close to Pingjiang Road, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Suzhou Museum. There's a wide variety of goods, snacks, and Suzhou delicacies nearby. Getting to Suzhou Railway Station is also very easy, as the subway station is just 30 meters from the hotel entrance. It's only 3 stops, about 13 minutes, to Suzhou Railway Station, and the high-speed rail takes just 26 minutes to Shanghai Station.

The hotel service was excellent. We were greeted with a smiling face upon arrival and received complimentary fruit upon check-in, which was a very nice touch.

The room was spacious and well-ventilated, and the balcony was also quite large. We woke up to sunshine every morning. The room was big and the air was fresh. I specifically checked the duvet, and it was hair-free and very clean.

The hotel staff were very friendly and even offered a breakfast discount in the morning.

This trip to Suzhou, I visited the Humble Administrator's Garden, Hanshan Temple, Pingjiang Road, and Lion Grove Garden. It was a very comfortable travel experience that truly allowed me to appreciate the beauty of Suzhou gardens. My only regret was not booking museum tickets in advance; I'll definitely do that on my next visit.

Environment: Despite being on Guanqian Street, it's surprisingly quiet, not noisy at all.
Hygiene: The room was cleaned quite well and was tidy. The only downside was that the fabric armchair seemed not to have been cleaned properly, and there was a foot odor.
Service: The service was excellent. Housekeeping was very warm and attentive, and all requests were handled promptly.

Stay here if you are coming to Suzhou. Location wise is very central w metro just infront of hotel. Very clean hotel. The room is so comfortable and big. Bfast is good. Services are very good. Special mention of receptionist 黄盼怡, whom go out of her way to make us feel at home. Knowing that we are tourist, she make sure we have her on Wechat so we get help if we encounter issue. If I could give a 11 for it, she is the main reason.

A very comfortable and thoughtful hotel to stay in. Look no further.

The bed was very soft and the pillows were comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, absolutely no noise. I've stayed here many times. Highly recommended.

The subway station is right in front of the hotel, and it's walking distance to Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road. The staff are very service-minded, and the room design is practical and clean. Overall, I had a good experience. I've stayed here multiple times and it offers great value for money.
