Came here for a concert. Even though the price went up quite a bit, the overall service was friendly and attentive, and the location was great. They even gave us concert-related merchandise.

The hotel's location is excellent, especially for concert-goers. We were given complimentary fruit upon check-in, along with some concert-themed souvenirs. There's a mall right next door, which is incredibly convenient, and even a 'Cha Yan Yue Se' (tea shop) nearby.

The location is unbeatable for attending performances. Being right in the heart of a commercial complex, it's incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. The subway entrance is right downstairs, and you can walk straight to the concert venue. The lobby offers delicious coffee all day, and the breakfast is substantial, with a live noodle station. The service was warm and attentive, and they even thoughtfully provided some fan support merchandise as a gift. It was a wonderfully warm experience, and I'll definitely choose Suzhou Olympic Sports Center again for my next performance, just for this hotel!

This is my top pick for a concert hotel, as it's super close to the venue on foot. There's also a mall and subway station nearby, which makes dining and getting around really convenient. The room was a bit different from the photos I booked (no sofa, but the room type I selected showed one), possibly due to its specific location. The restaurant is a bit small, so it felt a little crowded during meals. Everything else was great, and they even gave out concert merchandise!

The best choice for attending a concert. There's a mall right next door, so it's convenient for food too. Perhaps the occupancy rate was too high, but breakfast was chaotic, with items not being refilled quickly enough and food spilled everywhere.

This hotel is located right inside the Suzhou Olympic Sports Centre, just a stone's throw away from the Olympic Stadium, making it incredibly convenient for attending concerts or other events! The room hygiene was decent. With this weather, you can even sleep with the windows open, as it's quite airy and doesn't feel stuffy. Staying at this hotel also comes with free parking. There's a huge underground parking garage at the Olympic Sports Centre, though unfortunately, there are no charging stations for new energy vehicles.

Extremely close to Suzhou Olympic Sports Center, just a few minutes' walk away. Self-check-in was fantastic. It's also very near the subway station, and there's a shopping mall right downstairs, which is super convenient.

My first impression of this hotel was truly subpar. I believe most guests choose this hotel for concerts, but honestly, its only advantage is its proximity to the venue. Otherwise, it has no redeeming qualities: First, the hygiene was very poor. Second, the staff was incredibly lazy. When I checked in around 2 or 3 PM, many rooms on the same floor had already checked out but still hadn't been cleaned; their doors were just left open, and the rooms were a mess! Finally, the breakfast was an absolute disaster! There was no one to seat guests at the entrance, and the floor was covered in trash that no one bothered to clean. When guests found a table and asked the cleaning staff to tidy it up, their attitude was extremely rude! If the hotel is relying solely on its location and acting with such impunity, I believe they will continue to accumulate more negative reviews.

Huge thanks to the front desk staff for upgrading our room during the two big concert nights, despite the huge crowds. We had a fantastic experience; everyone was so patient and accommodating. Our room was a bit small, but the layout was very efficient. I highly recommend staying here for concerts, as the transportation and amenities nearby are super convenient. The breakfast was also excellent. This hotel truly cares about its guests, offering complimentary fruit and even cute fan support items!

The facilities are pretty comprehensive, everything you'd expect. There's a coffee machine near the front desk, which is convenient. Plus, they have merchandise for every concert, so I think this is a top choice for concert-goers.
Cleanliness: It's clean and acceptable.
Environment: The surrounding amenities are all well-equipped.
Service: Generally okay. I wouldn't necessarily call them enthusiastic, but it's acceptable. The decor is a bit old as it was renovated in 2018, but it's been well-maintained. Breakfast is decent, but there isn't much variety, which suggests they don't prioritize it, but it's edible.
