The service was great; I cheekily asked for an upgrade, but it wasn't possible as the twin room was the only option for that specific room type. They did give us breakfast vouchers, which we ended up not using. However, to be fair, the hotel is really old. I'm not sure why this 2019 hotel was recommended when I filtered for properties renovated within the last two years. The central air conditioning ran all night and only managed to go from 11°C to 21°C. I nearly froze! The blankets were thin, and the worst part was that there were unexplained bloodstains or stains on them. I had a headache at the time and was too lazy to call the front desk. The next morning, I found out my friend's blanket also had them. The hotel really needs to pay more attention to cleanliness.

Excellent location. A few steps from Metro line 4. Clean and roomy. Staffs are excellent and patient with Google translator.

Pros:

The staff is friendly.
There is a small fridge in the room.
The room is bright.
There is a bathtub.

Cons:

The location is not ideal—it’s far from the main attractions, and those nearby are not very interesting.
The hotel is showing its age. Some furniture is chipped, and there is mold in the bathroom.
The cleaning staff used chlorine, leaving a strong smell that lingered for the entire next day.
The coffee at breakfast is terrible.

Price is slightly high as the breakfast is excluded compared to others. Overall is good, the front desk and technicians are helpful when needed

Excellent hotel. The room was clean, spacious. Good location, close to the subway. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
