The location is very Excellent and near the Metro. Lots of restaurants and roadside stalls. There are shops that sell clothes etc. Many choices to choose from. The service is excellent staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is below average. The room is acceptable but the Air con and ventilation is really bad. You feel hot and not much air. The hotel needs to improve on this.

We are 11 persons in a group, booked the hotel on Oct 2024 for the trip on March 2025. When we reach on that day, obviously, the hotel door is closed and under renovations. The hotel already collected almost 2k ringgit from us. And when we ask the hotel opposite, they said the hotel closed and under renovation start on Sept 2024, but they still received our booking and collect money from us. We probably will make a police report for this.

the room is spacious and sufficient for 4 adults luggage with open size, got couch and tea table for resting, bathroom door too transparent and can look inside without cover.. location was great just behind the shopping street and close to metro, close to exit 4 but also exit 3 have lift access if you are bringing luggage. Highly recommend

Fantastic location , a stone throw away from guan qian street. Also near the metro station and accessible to quite a few attractions in Suzhou. Would stay here again if I’m back in Suzhou.

Great location for transportation and eateries. Close vicinity to tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful customer service team. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Ample amenities in the room: fridge, hair dryer, security box, etc. Comfortable temperature in the room. We will stay in this hotel if we visit Suzhou again.

This is the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel because of its good location. The hotel is near to the subway entrance 2 (with escalator) or 4 (No escalator). Many reasonable shops around the hotel. Breakfast has a variety of choices including salads. Soy bean milk at this hotel is the best in China. Cleanliness is my top priority. We definitely will stay at this hotel again. Btw, this Chinese restaurant is very good and not expensive at all. We went to eat at this restaurant about 10 times. All dishes're delicious and fresh quality.

Strategic location. The room is spacious. Polite and helpful counter staffs. The room can be warm with a centralised Aircon but an additional electric fan was given upon request. After all it is an enjoyable stay.

Overall hotel service is good, design modern, location is convenience and very happending surraounding, but smoking smell is strong and room small window can't close.

Stayed for 3D2N at this Hotel Soul Suzhou in October 2024. The hotel is just 5mins walk from Chayuanchang metro station 察院场(地铁站) via Exit 3. The exit 3 has upward escalator but no downward escalator. Therefore if you have big luggage you might need to carry it down. The reception staff allowed us to check in pretty early in the morning and given us to a lower floor room with windows at 312. Same floor with conference halls. The room is spacious but the aircon is rather warm. TV has lots of Chinese channels but no android box given. The hotel prepares disposable indoor shoes, toileteris that include toothbrushes and hair dryers. Strong water shower pressure. However the shower water tends to leak out outside of the shower area even when the shower room door was shut. This causes the whole dry area in the shower room was wet and slippery and poses hazard when using the hairdryer! The room has provided extra pillows for each bed. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is located very strategic location to metro and also to the happening street that full of eateries restaurant and even walkable to Pingjiang road that has lots of famous shops along the river. The hotel breakfast was also very yummy and offers lots of variety. I certainly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Soul Suzhou. Definitely recommend to others.

Hotel is conveniently located at 观前街, the shopping street. Hotel rooms and toilets are big. Hotel is also pretty near the subway station, so it was easy to travel around.
