This is an established hotel with excellent service and a great environment, truly living up to the Marriott brand. The hotel isn't right on Jinji Lake, so even the executive room price isn't expensive. It's actually only a 15-minute walk to Jinji Lake, and with the executive lounge benefits, it offers fantastic value for money. I'm deducting 0.5 points because the hotel opened a while ago, and the mattress is a bit saggy, which was a bit uncomfortable for us who prefer a firmer mattress.

The bed was too soft! It's an old hotel, but its location is a definite plus! It's very close to the subway station, the room was clean, and the Suzhou-style noodles for breakfast were delicious, plus they had doufuna!

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly, proactively greeting guests upon arrival. When we requested housekeeping for the next day, they made sure to ask multiple times about the areas we wanted focused on, showing excellent service awareness.

Great service and clean rooms! The location is fantastic, right by the Gate of the Orient, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was good too. While the room decor is a bit dated, the price is very reasonable, offering excellent value for money.

The room was very clean and had a quality feel to it. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Gate of the Orient. Downstairs, there's a subway station, an English restaurant, and a Mexican restaurant. I stayed here for a business trip last time, and this time I brought my child. It's a peaceful oasis in the CBD, really great. The hotel's breakfast is also quite famous.

Great location, convenient for getting anywhere. As a member, I received free breakfast for my child, and all the services were very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again. The only downside is that the soundproofing is a bit poor; if you have noisy neighbors, you'll need to ask the hotel to remind them.

The environment here is great, but the highlight is definitely the staff's exceptional attitude. My delivery order got lost due to the rider, but the hotel staff were incredibly responsible, especially the manager at the front desk on the first floor. They were super patient and helped me track it down in the end. Thumbs up! This hotel is truly worth recommending.

The room was quite spacious, clean, and hygienic. The surrounding area is great, with a convenience store downstairs and the subway about 100 meters away. They even specially sent some fruit, so I was very satisfied with the service. I'll definitely consider Courtyard by Marriott again next time.

The room was great and the service was excellent. For guests who want to take a bath, an auntie can come to deep clean the tub. It's located in a very bustling downtown area, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to go out and explore. The breakfast was very rich and varied.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Suzhou Center and a subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they even have smart delivery robots which are super handy. The service is attentive and thorough, with a warm and caring front desk. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it!
