Grand Hyatt Xi An in Xi'an

Staying at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an this time was such a pleasant surprise! The price was excellent, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, featuring a wide array of Shaanxi local delicacies. As soon as you enter the restaurant, a server asks for your coffee order, and by the time you've picked up your food, your coffee is already at your table – so thoughtful! The room was very spacious, and the twin bed setup was arranged perfectly. Even the toiletries were Balmain, and they provided 5100 mineral water, with 8 bottles refilled daily. The mini-bar was also complimentary. There were just too many delightful surprises to count! Manager Yolanda even arranged a welcome fruit platter and a crib for us. The pool was clean, and the heated pool was perfect for kids. There's also a dog cafe where you can spend time with dogs. The hotel's location is also quite good. Highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's not in the city center, but it's very convenient. There are many great restaurants nearby, no need to wait for a table, and taxis are easy to find. Plus, if you rent a car, you get free underground parking!

The breakfast is absolutely top-tier for a hotel. The roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was even better than the ones I bought outside over the past two days! The coffee beans are high quality, and the coffee is fragrant, and the fruit is sweet. Since I stayed for three days, I tried most of the snacks; the sour soup dumplings and mutton soup with flatbread are also available at breakfast, definitely give them a try.

The design of the twin room is simply brilliant. The beds are miles apart, each with its own bedside lamp, so you don't disturb each other. It's the best choice for business trips or traveling with friends. What's more, the bathtub, shower, and toilet are three separate rooms, which is incredibly convenient and avoids any squabbles.

Upon check-in, I received a 'doggy cuddle coupon' which allows you to interact with super cute dogs! Dog lovers will be thrilled.

This was my best hotel stay experience. The service at Grand Hyatt Xi'an is simply outstanding among all Grand Hyatt hotels. Before I even checked in, Cherry from the front desk contacted me to confirm my check-in time, room preferences, and any special requests. When I checked in, she explained how to use the pet interaction coupon and helped me register my rental car for free parking. During my stay, even for small requests like needing a bottle of water or shampoo, she responded instantly. I later found out she was actually on vacation when she was replying!

Because my stay was so fantastic, on the second day, I even convinced my friends who were also in Xi'an for an event to switch from their hotels and come stay at the Grand Hyatt! I'll definitely be back next time!!!

Breakfast on the 22nd floor was delicious. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool water was very clean.

The room and service were both excellent. The hotel even upgraded us to a suite for free! The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; they prepared an umbrella and fruit for us because it was raining when we arrived. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Xi'an! 👍

The whole process, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and hassle-free, which was a huge relief. The staff were always ready to answer any questions and give directions enthusiastically, adding a touch of warmth to my trip in an unfamiliar city. All in all, it was excellent value for money and a wonderful stay – their great reputation is truly well-earned.

This is my third time staying at the Grand Hyatt, and while the service was good on my previous two stays, the rooms were a bit uncomfortably warm. This time, however, they've made improvements and the comfort level was excellent. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by her professionalism and enthusiasm. She not only upgraded my room and proactively arranged a late checkout, but also meticulously decorated the room and provided wine, fruit, and a cake. Every detail was touching. The hotel's facilities and service are excellent, but Kelsey's attentive care made this birthday experience even more special. I will definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Xi'an, and I highly recommend it to my friends!

From check-in to check-out, Judy's service was thoughtful and attentive throughout. She was gentle and patient, and the room arrangement was excellent with a great view. Any requests were promptly addressed. The room was meticulously clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was quiet and pleasant. The surrounding facilities and transportation were also very convenient, with a subway station nearby and Yitian Holiday Plaza across the street offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Overall, the experience was perfect, and the Grand Hyatt Xi'an offered exceptional value for money during Chinese New Year!
